As for the hard-drives, they are indeed a rip-off. A 20 gig goes into the $100 price range. Personally, I see no need to upgrade the harddrive, but if you need to do it with the 360, you're basically screwed.
The 95% is made-up. The wireless adapter should not be $100. Regardless of which may be better, the price is still ridiculous. As for the online, you're still paying for it. The 360 is the only system on the market that charges you to play online.
Oh, and there is actually an Xbox 360 Arcade SKU; he wasn't referring to the online store.
