Cost of games are so much, because they sell to the most people at that price, and people are obviously willing to pay that price.

Weather the price is worth it to you is all your preference, if you enjoy wasting 30 hours of your life in repetitive battles that you mash a to get through as fast as possible, then all power to you.

Most games really aren't that expensive compared to the amount of enjoyment (or work) you get from them. Console games are more expensive because they require much larger resources to create than a DS game. It is acaully quite easy to make a DS game, compared to a console game you do not need as many talented workers.

I don't have a problem paying $30 for a great game. I pay $50-$60 for it on consoles.

Who knows.

Prety much why im very careful buying hand held games - always get them on the cheap.

Paying $50-$70aud for a handheld game is ludicrious to me.

$30 at the most.

I agree. -.- I think paying $30/$40 dollars for a handheld game is ridiculous IMO. XBLA games like Castle Crashers,GeoWars1&2,Ikaruga,PacmanCE,SuperPuzzleFighterHDRemix,TMNT...etc are better than a plenty of the games and are more than half the price.

NZD Prices: Brand New

Handheld Game- 80$

PC Game -80-90$

Console Game- 120$

I don't think handheld games should be anywhere near the same cost as a pc title, at least 60$ would be a right price.

Yikes.

Yea its pretty much the same here

Handheld $60-80

Console $110-120

PC $80-90

The handheld game pricing is pretty damn crazy, and it sure as hell shouldent be so close to PC titles indeed. I agree 60-50 pricing would be much better - still, i'll always be picking mine up cheap as most of my game related money goes to PC or console titles (which are usually picked up on the cheap too).
