I'm pretty sure Bioware has a contractual agreement with Microsoft that the Mass Effect trilogy has to be PC and Xbox 360-only, regardless of EA being the publisher. Also, Microsoft has publishing rights for the first one. The series would be completely useless on the PS3 if all they got were 2 + 3.

EA can do whatever it wants with all of them , they published the 1st one on PC.
tell me exactly how that means it's going to come to Ps3, you realise there is actually a deal between EA and microsoft over mass effect right? http://www.totalvideogames.com/Mass-Effect/news/Microsoft-Strikes-Mass-Effect-Deal-With-EA-12223.html "We really care about our relationship with EA. BioWare's been a good partner for us. We're very happy with the success of "Mass Effect" and we want that to continue. From a platform perspective, is it the most important that Microsoft Games Studios publishes it or [rather] that it's exclusive to the platform? That's the way we have to think about it." http://www.bit-tech.net/news/gaming/2008/02/12/mass_effect_staying_a_xbox_360_exclusive/1 based on that, it would be safe to assume that part of that deal between MS and EA involves mass effect NOT going to the Ps3
