What makes someone post a topic about PC gaming failing? I just don't understand the rationale, what is it?

I guess lot's of people love to show their ignorance on the topic with a strange sense of pride. There isn't a topic in gaming forums that has more blatant lies and misinformation spread about it than PC gaming.
