Can't really hate them. Their 3DS support has been excellent, even though they cancelled MML. They should bring that Lost Planet spin-off to the west though.
Companies tend to piss off gamers. They're good at that stuff. One that has received a lot of flak, is Capcom. Or Crapcom. What's your reason? If you don't hate/dislike them, you can still reply by saying "I don't hate/dislike them". Good for your post count. I don't like them because they haven't released another Shadow of Rome. They destroyed Resident Evil franchise which was extremely popular and well received back when it sticked to its original roots (plus the same could be applied to Resident Evil 4 which was bit different)...They also lack any other significant IPs, Dead Rising 2 was in my opinion inferior to the original, and Lost Planet franchise doesn't wow anyone anymore. DMC stopped being relevant a long time ago. They have nothing to go on now. Maybe "Remember Me" will become a sleeper hit, but they really aren't relevant anymore. I don't hate them, though. However their last really good game was Dead Rising 1...
I don't hate them, I just see them not nearly as relevant to the industry as they once were. As much of the old talent of old have left, they are now Capcom in name only. The quality of their games has fallen drastically and some of their business practices are insulting. I don't pay any attention to their upcoming releases as they are completely off of my radar. I don't even know what they have in the pipeline and tbh I don't care. If one of their games does eventually come out that is getting praise lavished upon it, I'll probably rent it as I'll not support a company that puts out such a sub-par effort.

So, fvck 'em. Get posting!! They murdered 2 of my favorite franchises. Resident evil and mega man. yeah sure we had megaman 9, but X got thrown under a bus. Don't even get me started on megaman legends 3.
I see no reason to hate a developer and anybody that does has mental issues in my book. If I don't like a game, I don't buy it. But I don't hate the dev because I don't like/want the game.
They've done a lot of bad and a lot of good this gen. They still make great games, but people only pay attention to their bad games and sh*t business practices. When you compare them to a lot of the other old gaming companies, especially eastern ones, they're doing pretty damn good. The amount of hate they get is completely over the top.

Their history of poor PC ports is my main reason for hating them but the fact that they have rarely made a game I enjoy even when it was a decent PC port or played using a console ranks up there. Resident Evil, Lost Planet, Devil May Cry, Mega Man, I just don't like many of their series at all. Street Fighter was decent back in the SNES days but I haven't liked anything of theirs I have played since.
I don't hate them at all, though I do admit they do some dumb stuff like releaseing special editions later, but they arn't the only one's who do that (Bethesda, DICE etc...).
I like their games, and call me crazy but I liked Resident Evil 6 and I'm glad I didn't listen to Kevin Vanords opinion on it.
I haven't like Capcom ever since they killed Dino Crisis with Dino Crisis 3. They set up the third game with the end of the second game, but they decided to use mutated dinosaurs in space in the future. WTF. They almost redeemed themselves with RE4, but I haven't liked anything they've done since then.
