I thought about something. A few games on the 360 pain me not to be able to play, seeing as I don't personally own a 360. *I play it a lot at friends' houses*
So I looked up the prices for the 360 on the Mircosoft site. I'm trying to get the most basic deal.
Base Console + 64memory + controller + 5 arcade games (awesome) + Silver membership= $280 bucks.
I'm like: "Awesome! Thats only 30 more then the Wii! Oh right, its not WiFi enabled.
100 bucks.
Wow. Christ. Looks like I'm not playing online. Lets see how much a small extra memory card is.
64 mb memory. 40 bucks.
What the..!! THE 1014 BLOCK FOR THE CUBE WAS ONLY LIKE, 40 BUCKS. I HAVE A FLASH MEMORY THATS THE SAME SIZE THAT I GOT FOR FREE.
How much are extra controllers. Wait, I can't buy wired ones anymore?
50 bucks each.
I'm playing alone. Lets see how much Halo 3 is.
60 bucks.
*Head in hands* Is the $10 dollar increase really really necessary?
Hell, at least I can try and use this thing for HD DVDs right?
180 bucks.
*Twitch, foam, etc*
If I wanted to play a halo 3 with at least one friend, online, I'd need to spend....
$490.

Why doesn't the 360 have built in Wifi support? Why do extra controllers cost so much? (The wii isn't much better, 40 is still kinda ow, thats without a nunchuk. Thank goodness for gamecube controller compatible wii games.) Why is the norm for 360 games 60?
Oh, and my friends 360 just broke. So now I can't even play his.
System wars, what should I do?
