Because they knew that MMO gamers plays non stop when they are addicted they don't want to trouble themselves answering phone calls from mmo gamer's reporting their RRoD xbox 360.
But I think they will do it now, I heard that jasper doesn't fail anymore.
[QUOTE="therealnerdd"]Lemmings rather play with guns. thats whylhugheyThats why the 360 has a wider variety of games than does the PS3.I totally disagree with you on that one. Though the 360 is more diverse then the original Xbox and it has especially made big strides on the JRPG front, the PS3 still has a more diverse group of non-shooter flagship titles.

Um, did you know FF11 was playable on only a Silver account? Gold is not required to play a subscription MMO.because most good mmo require subs and i doubt most people want to pay asubscription on top of a subscription

Now count the number of JRPGs on each platform. You'll note that the 360's total is higher--not to mention among them are pretty good-quality JRPGs still talked about today. Why else did Square Enix relent and release 360 JRPGs and take FF13 multi? What about Arcade games and the like? Puzzle games? You don't have to look hard to see the 360's lineup is considerably more diverse.QFT plus MMOs are for PCs mainlybecause most good mmo require subs and i doubt most people want to pay asubscription on top of a subscription

How much did those jrpg sold on 360? Not over a million. Lemmings would rather play with guns. I don't blame them, Gears, halo, cod would be boring as hell if the characters all look like anime, with an emo background. Now count the number of JRPGs on each platform. IOW, it's not a symptom of the platform but of the genre.[QUOTE="HuusAsking"]

I think any MMO will suck on both xbox360 and PS3 intill the mouse and keyboard are actually given full support.. I mean the PS3 could be light years a head of the xbox360 in terms of games like shooters if they actually gave mouse and keyboard support..sSubZerOoMice and keyboards don't work as well off a desk. They can wobble on a lap, and using a table can lead to an uncomfortable lean. Anyway, as for MMOs needing hotkeys, what about those chatpads already available for either platform? Couldn't they provide the hotkeys?
The Dervs dont make dedicated servers for the 360 thats why. djsifer01Any MMO requires a dedicated server regardless of the platform...unless you're saying Sony's chipping in for the servers on their end.

You say that as if Valyria Chronicles and Eternal Sonata were chart toppers. I think you'd shed a tear if you compared the sales of Lost Odyssey to Valyria Chronicles or the sales of Eternal Sonata on PS3 to the 360 version.[QUOTE="HuusAsking"]

Looks like Lemmings are not the only ones then.

Not to mention the two Resistance games, MGS 4, Uncharted, COD4 and 5, all of which sold millions. And all of which have guns.
There's still two MMO's planned for 360, Champions Online and Huxley.moose_knuckler
Huxely for the 360 got canned.
Champianss got delayed (and a lot of people believe it may ultimatly never come)
Very few MMO's come to the PS3 as well, its just that right now its getting all the SOE ones (even though they only have made like one good MMO)
it seems like neither console is well suited to them.
