Why doesn't the PS3 have any huge multiplayer games like the XBOX 360 and PC?

PS3 has no games like Halo 3 or Team Fortress 2 (for pc). They have games like MAG and Killzone 2 which have quickly died and didn't stay popular (if they ever were). Are PS3 owners just generally more anti-multiplayer or antisocial you may say?

PS3 only does everything, so anything you think it doesn't do it actually does.

because its free , , , not many are willing to put their games on a free service cause it cost money

look at test drive it was canceled but 2 is coming well see how that works but for now your stuck with what little community you have on psn , its not sonys fault its the players who didnt buy ps3s fault ,

KZ2 has generally no more than a thousand people online at a time. That's nothing compared to a game like Halo 3.

No, I'm going by what I see a lot of PS3 users say, they don't like multiplayer, only like single player, etc. I don't think it's anti social to play online with buddies. I play with my brother and friends from work and we talk about our real lives while playing.

I bought my PS3 for single player.

Because gamers who care about online play, own X360s for partially that reason. MW2 for example. The level of competition is considerably higher on XBL as opposed to PSNshadow8585

ummm im not comparing playing multi to doing stuff not related to gaming. im comparing multi player to single player, which ps3 users seem to prefer.

Well yeah, I agree but essentially all it boils down to is KZ2 not being popularthendoesn't it? (don't quote me, don't follow this online non sense so I wouldn't absolutely know) That said, MW and Halo are irregularities,I think something like BC2 would be a better comparison.

why would you do that when the community has already nearly died off? I can see getting Halo 3 after all these years because you can still jump in with tons of players in a vibrant community. not mag.
