Why Havnet You Bought A PS3/360/Wii

And what does it take to make u buy one?

PS3-

1. Price Drop

2. Rumble

3. Increased Player support atleast back to 8

4. PS2 controller compatible with PS3 games

5. Custom Sountrack

360-

1. Price Drop

2. more player support( if 360 had this, we would of had a 360)

3. Free Internet( i dont care about online but it nice to know u just can go on withought being charge

4.Built In HD-DVD(i dont care about movies but what if DVD9 is to small for future games)

Wii-

    The wii's primary function is usless to me. So what i want from the wii is just mainly the VC And

1. Can use GC or VC pad to play Wii games just in case i want to play them.

2. Have every NES, SNES and N64 ready to down load.

3. Price Drop for hardware, games Downloads etc.

Oh and the reason i dont have these machines is

PS3- is mostly a 360

360- Mostly a PS2

wii- no intrest in motion

ps3: too expensive and no good/interesting games

wii: i don't play with littile kids toys. (nintendo is the fisher price of the gaming industry)

if the ps3 came down to $400 and has good games or interesting games, i'll consider buying one.

i'll never buy a wii. 

I haven't bought a Wii becase it lacks the features that I want in a console, and doesn't have any games that I'm interested in.

360 - Waiting for price drop/May just buy one in the summer.

PS3 - Waiting for hefty price drop and games I want aren't out yet.

Wii - I have one

I have a Wii, dont have a 360 and PS3.

Dont have a 360 because:

really faulty Hardware

Doesnt have the games that interest me, however  some games like banjo Threeie and Mass Effect have me looking into it

PS3:

Too Expensive, practically nothing to Play right now.  

What makes me want to buy them?
360:
nothing really.. besides the two games ive mentioned

PS3:

FF 13, KH3(possible), Ratchet and Clank, Heavenly Sword, GOW3(possible), etc.  

I am still enjoying the ps2

It is between the 360 and ps3 later this year (80% leaning towards a ps3)

ps3 - waiting for games and a possible price drop

360 - waiting for the better hardware and a possible price drop 

Ps3- waiting until better games come out, rumble, and a possible price drop

360- Had one sold it due to consumer betrayal, might self own and buy another if Halo 3 doesn't flop

wii- NES was not my first console, I'm not some drunk frat boy and I don't have kids so no need to buy one

here's what I think it will take for each system to do better:

PS3- Price drop, games

360- Needs games that can compete with the surge of ps3 games coming through to next year (like halo 3), fix hardware problems

Wii- Needs more games that show off the controller (SMG, MP3, and HAMMER should help), more 3rd party

Honestly, the future looks bright for all three.

I haven't bought a PS3 because the price is astronomical for a system with no exclusive games I care about currently available.  To be honest, I don't think there will be many PS3 exclusives I care about AT ALL, so I don't rate the chances I'll own one as very high.

I own the other two.

What i really trying to say is that PS3/360 arent separating themselves from PS2 games.

I mean NBA 2k7 was only $20 for PS2 while the 360/PS3 was $60 which is funny considering the game is just the same.

The 360 has a great game line-up and a large library of games already in place.  Its technological capabilities are at least equivalent to the PS3 as of now (maybe not in 2 or 3 years). I've never played so many fun games as I have on my 360, especially online with friends with the excellent Live service (totally worth paying a few bucks a month).  I play almost exclusively online and grow bored of single - player games very quickly -- so the online is very important to me.

PS3 has maybe 2 games that interest me that aren't on the 360 and its internet service completely pales in comparison.  I would consider buying a PS3 when it drops enough in price to make it a good cheap Blu-ray player with a couple of games that I feel I just have to have.  That won't happen for a good couple years yet.  There's just not enough reason to own both consoles and I already have the 360.

 The Wii -- well maybe for the kids.  But again there are only 2 or 3 games that are any good on it.  How long would those games last me?  A couple weeks maybe?

PS3: Overpriced monstrosity of failure

360: shoddy quality, high failure rate.

Wii: bought it on day one. Best console of all time.

Wii: Have it. Very good.

PS3: Too expensive, If I buy it, I won't be able to buy food for a month.

Xbox360:  Too expensive, I already take lessons from a guy on Youtube on how to cook good meals when your extremely poor.

PS3- Don't wanna make the same mistake I did with the XB2 and just buy one at launch. My golden rule used to be 5 games before system purchase...I just got greedy with XB2.

Wii - Same as above really... I am waiting for more titles to come out. More specifically I am awaiting more SNES titles to come out. The Wii for me is just an over-sized DS.

PS3: It needs a $200 price drop and it needs more exclusives

360: Already have one I got it on November 18th 2006

im willing to bet that you will buy a wii soon. suppose its your choice if you want the same things with shinier graphics. All i know is that the potential is there for Wii. Some game very soon will prove the Wii's worth to the hardcore. its already won over the casuals and im in the middle of casual and hardcore. i dont play too many games yet i love the casual games such as wii sports. Also i love coming on gamespot to read what the kids have to say on system wars. its really sad reading it sometimes. oh and ofcourse for gaming news :D!

PS3-Too expensive and not a single game worth buying

360-Simply too expensive, once I can afford one, I'm buying Gears, Lost Planet, Dead Rising, and Armored Core 4.

Wii-I own one, but if I didn't, it'd be lack of availability. Seriously, it's still hard to find a Wii these days!

I'm getting a PS3 later this year with GTAIV hopefully, since there are plenty of games I really want for the system (MGSIV, GT5, FFXIII, Heavenly Sword, Uncharted, Haze, RE5 etc).

I'm getting a Wii later on when it's a lot cheaper because I don't want to miss out MKWii, ACWii, SMG, SSBB, and a game that has recently caught my interest, No More Heroes.

I'm getting a 360 later on when it's a lot cheaper for Halo 3, Banjo 3, Forza 2, and a few other titles. 

360 - Own

Wii - Own

PS3 - Perhaps in few years when there is a good price drop. I eventually play my MGS4 one way or another.

PS3 is simply too much and offers too little.

360 I'm a bit aprehensive about all the faulty hardware I keep hearing about.

I refuse to pay more than $300 for any game machine ever. (And the 360 core sux)

I don't have an HDTV so why should I pay a premium on hardware and software that is HD ready? 

wii- worthless gimmick that i cant stand.

PS3- no good or interesting games, sony lies and treats its fanbase like a piece of crap

360-  have one, loving it, has everything i want.

That's my reason right there. 

360 - Probably buying one this week but I am not pleased at the extra costs of having to get a wireless adapter for 90-100 dollars and then a warranty at the fear of it breaking down for 50-70 dollars. It'd be cheaper for me to get a PS3 possibly.

 PS3 - Not even price but multi-plats. Seems to be losing alot of its exclusivity for titles and 360 seems like a better choice. The only definate way I am buying is if SH5 comes out only for PS3.

Wii - Had one for a week and sold it realizing all titles being released in the future were poor for single-player experience. Never going to re-buy unless it's 100 dollars.

Wii - The only reason everyone hasn't bought one yet is AVAILABILITY. BY FAR THE BEST CONSOLE in YEARS

Xbox 360-Have one and love it.

PS3-Don't have a reason to buy one unless MGS4 is a must own gift from God himself, other than that none.

Wii-Will get one over the summer, main reason being the VC.  Although there isn't much in the lineup that looks remotely interesting besides Mario Galaxy.

PS3 - expensive , I can get most stuff on the 360
I would get one for the old franchises if they  would continue and if it would be cheaper.

Wii -graphics are too poor.
 VC console seems pretty cool so yeah...

360 - Not happening. Too many shooters for my blood and I just have some sort of vendetta agaisnt the system for some unknown reason.

Wii - For all its sales, praise, etc. It doesn't offer one game coming in the future that even remotely appeals to me. I'm waiting for some good 3rd Party games that appeal to me before I begin to consider getting one.

360:

-Needs a decent FPS other than Halo 3

-It's unreliability

-Needs to stop being a PC wannabe

-Perfect Dark has not made it to Xbox Live marketplace.

Wii:

-Not enough good games

-Not enough games using the potential of the Wiimote

-Perfect Dark has not made it to VC yet (one of the two better happen)

     - Too much $$$

Wii - Cant find one.

PS3:  Games.  Lots of games.  My parents were actually willing to get me a PS3 for my birthday, and I turned it down after 10 minutes of thinking it over.  There is just NOTHING to play on it.  Once it has some more games (like MGS4...*yayy*) I'll get one, but at the moment it has absolutely nothing.  The high price doesn't help, and I wasn't going to let my parents spend that kind of money on something I wasn't going to use.

Xbox 360:  Have it, love it.  Probably one of my favorite consoles ever.

Wii:  Have it, love it.  Tons of fun.

Personally, I can't wait until the PS3 finally gets some good games to play.  I'm getting a PSP instead, since it has picked up some steam in the last few months and gotten a lot of great games (especially MGS!).  Only problem is that now I won't know which to take on trips...DS or PSP...?
