Why is everybody beating on Crysis as if it just came out?

They compare Killzone 2's graphics to it.

They compare Uncharted 2's graphics to it.

Sometimes some unlucky few compare Halo Reach's graphics to it.

They really should take into account that they are comparing their half a year old, or yet unreleased hyped game, to a three years old game.

There will be no crysis killer this gen among consoles, they dont have the hardware, It may happen if the all mighty cell is unlocked and unleashes the POWER!!!:roll: Almost every game I have for ps3 is only 720p, 1080p dosent even seem to be the norm this gen.

Just wait for the Crysis VS Crysis 2 threads that are bound to happen.

And in general I'm not too fond of anything sub-1080p.

Me? I've really known Crysis only since last November. I listened to all the crap when it was released and was convinced it was really crap. Then, I played the demo last November and found out I really liked the game. That's the last time I listen to fanboys.

The thing is, depending on how consolized Crysis 2 is, there could be legitimate reasons why Crysis would look better than Crysis 2.
