Maybe because Capcom and Sony PSN group have a great partnership. Capcom has been vocal about their admiration of PSN. They even have their own section on the store and one of the biggest contributors to Home. Or Sony paid for it :? Which is weird. I doubt that happened.

Usually demos for PSN games aren't available until the actual game is fully available too. Sony and Capcom seem to be treating this the same as a brick and mortar-retail game demo lol.
XBLA games and their "trial" versions are really full games just limited, then you pay to unlock them if I'm not mistaken. So I believe because this game is not yet complete, the demo is merely just different code, hence why it's not on XBLA. Or so I believe...

Its being developed by the JPN side of Capcom, Capcom and Sony in JPN are like Dom and Marcus now-a-day it seems. As far as exclusivity for a demo, is that really a big deal?? I will NEVER buy a fighting game on the 360 anyways because of the horrendous d-pad. Was going to get the PSN version anyways. What is with all the epic downloadable games as of late. Its being developed by the JPN side of Capcom, Capcom and Sony in JPN are like Dom and Marcus now-a-day it seems. As far as exclusivity for a demo, is that really a big deal?? lol, playing fighting games with the Wii controller is like eatting spaghetti with a spoon. Sure you can eat it with a spoon but it's going to be a mess. Wii owners should just stick to baseball and bowling......
To compensate the PS3 owners , maybe just because the 360 version will have extra dlc (just guessing)?? if this happens more than one will be pissed, luck tht i got my 360 last month!! so if theres extra dlc ill get the 360 version, if not ill get the ps3 one bc I like the controller best for fighting games
Well, maybe because, for a change, someone decided to give something first to PS3 owners. I lost count of how many times XBL users got a demo or full game before PSN users.
