Kinect+ Bad yields+ MS huge design+ cutting losses to a minimun.

I can't believe how the PS4 is so small and still has an internal PSU when it stronger than the xbox one,and i can't believe how MS even with the huge console it has doesn't have an internal PSU,i guess the heat is to great on that chip.

The PS Eye is $60, so if included, PS4 is $460. I guess the Kinect tech is much better than the Eye which might explain the $40 difference. 

I'd imagine it is because of the Kinect camera and the television capabilities

500$ is fine for all the stuff we are getting, a smart phone at full retail price goes more than that these days. The question I'm asking myself is how come the PS4 is so cheap at 399$.

As for the original question asked by the OP:  

The Xbox One is "so expensive" because it can be.  Same reason an Apple laptop can be "so expensive".  Because people buy a satisfactorily high amount of the product at that price.  If the Xbox One doesn't sell enough, they will lower it.  The market determines the price of a good that the public will tolerate, not some magical pricing machine under the product falls under federal price control laws.

Also, we know the GPU has 768 cores, which puts it at around the 7750 ~ 7770 level, which is 1.2 TF.

1.8/1.2 = 1.5.

I really dont get it....its not THAT much more expensive. and the kinnect is the explanation for that price.

All the people saying you didnt ask for a kinect....that argument is ridiculous. Dont like it dont buy it is the only logical argument.
