Honestly I didn't understand why it was being pushed but after seeing a few gameplay clips on Youtube, it looks interesting and something I would try. Even Pandora's Tower looks good, honestly I would like to see on the PS3 then it would be in HD and look even better.

Bigboi500

Why not wish for it to be on PC so it could look even better than better?

Cause the PS3 is my main system and I don't play PC that much. And cause PS3 has a ton of RPGs.

Surprised i am, did black ops just recently become the best selling game for this year and it was just a bit over 3million? black ops sold over 10million in NA alone. i mean just an example but very impressive, EU also get the best boxarts. i love the EU region, WKC2 was released in there this month while NA still :(

funsohng

Depends on the games,CoD(just like Halo)have most of their fanbase in the US,since it´s a market more geared towards FPS´s these days, you have the Gran Turismo franchise for instance, the region where it sells the most is clearly Europe.

Depends on the games for the most part.

yeah British love FIFA

Everyone but the americans loves Fifa! :P

Well Canadians have NHL =P And Japanese and Korean love Winning Eleven, btw. Pfff they need to get on with the time and realize PES sucks ever since we got to this gen. :P But yeah I love FIFA. It saddens me my fellow countrymen stubbornly chooses to play inferior football franchise.

To be honest, I don't feel right whenever I play JRPG on PC Like how it just doesn't feel right to play WRPG on consoles.

Well, that's just your opinion. I share it for the most part (i like the look of Xenoblade, but am not really interested), but they do look like very promising games. A good game don't have to be a AAA blockbuster with a 50 million dollar budget.

Probably because Nintendo has only released crap - and little crap at that - for the Wii this year in NA. Here they have a chance to change that, and they decide to stay their course of not releasing anything in North America.

The game would have been profitable. Saying otherwise is absolutely silly. What astronimical amount do you think it costs to distribute an already translated game to North AMerican markets? Maybe a lot to the people in this thread, but certainly not THAT much to Nintendo of America.

Especially when they realized how many people were already supporting the game with preorders.

Oh yeah,Canada is all about NHL,I acually like it,even though I never really saw an ice hockey match,I played a couple of the NHL games and I actually know a bunch of players and teams(Fedorov,Lidstrom and Jagr FTW! :P )

I still prefer PES to Fifa though, don´t know why, something about that gameplay...

Handegg as in American football? Nah, our most popular sport is football, our official national sport is Tae Kwon Do which is pretty much a sport where you kick people's ar**, and our unofficial national sport is Starcraft which is pretty much a war simulation. So yeah. We very violent people.

The IP for Pandora's Tower is owned by Nintendo.

I am really not into JRPG's (except for Baiten Kiotos which imo was amazing) But I would love to try Pandoras Tower, Last Story and Xeno. My question can you get an imported copy and play on an American system? There's lots of stores here that carry *** games for the Wii but never bothered because Im not sure if they are compatible.

wonder why it goes to EU but not NA when NA is a bigger market

http://www.gamespot.com/news/6191774/study-europe-second-largest-gaming-market

Not really.

Very misleading article. As the first poster noted at the bottom, the article compares Europe, a continent, to the US, a single country. The U.S. combined with Mexico, Canada, and the rest of NA would assuredly have better numbers than what was posted based on logic and my guess would be that the number would surpass europe. (europe only had a $700 million lead).

True enough, but what that poster forgot to mention is that those EU numbers only include 9 out of the 27 EU member countries, and let´s not even talk about the rest of the European continent,so I seriously doubt that even the whole American continent would surpass Europe at all.
