Besides The Last of US (Which could still end up flopping), all those games won't see more than 500k each.

Besides Beyond Two Souls none of those games (not counting the vaporware or the HD collections) interest me. So eh, meh...

And I care little about the majority of those exclusives.

Personally looking at this list just makes me sad at how pathetic All the Consoles Lineup is this year.

GT6, KZ:SF and Second Son don't even have a release date, and GT6 hasn't even been announced. Furthermore, 3 on that list aren't even exclusive :?

Yeah but sells have nothing to do with how great a game is. Most of those games look solid. I can care less if they sell 1 or 10 million, as long as they are good and I get to play the good ones I am happy.

OP is missing a lot of other games that are 3rd party exclusives coming this year like Tales Of Xillia and Disgaea D2 to name a few.

FACT. PS3 is still rocking games out right and left while Xbox 360 is dead with new exclusives forever.

If that were the case, they would only be great once.  Then whoever made them would be out of business.  Sales do matter in terms if the particular group (publisher, developer, whatever) will be making a sequel or even being around to make another IP.  In terms of how great the system is, not so much.

Sales do somewhat matter to consumers because It may be the deciding factor for a sequel, but  you cannot say a game sucks because it diddnt sell heaps, sales do not take away from the quality of a game, I dont get why someone would say "Im not gonna get this game because it might not sell well." besides, TLOU will most likely sell a lot, Im not sure if it will sell as well as Uncharted but It's one of the most anticipated games on PS3.
