Opinions....

How is it opinion? Explain. As I said many times, because people like yourself use lame damage control like this, a game being better isnt opinons, a game being more fun is. GTR2 was better, now wheitehre or not you thought it was more fun is opinion. GTR2 had better gameplay, better realism, tracks, cars handled better, better sense of speed. PGR3 was PGR2 with a new coat of paint.

It had, as i said, better gameplay, more realism, better sense of speed, it was just a better racing sim, your saying how can anyone prove Halo was better then killzone.

Ah I agree with him, GTR2 is a better game.

GS seemed to agree too ;)

The GOTY award was a real surprise though :P

I can't prove Halo was better, I can prove that 95% of the population believes it to be better. And maybe GTR2 had better "all that stuff having to do with realism" because PGR3 wasn't a "sim," it was an arcade racer.

The only valid reason a console fanboy can EVER say they prefer consoels is just that, they just prefer it.

people who compare a simulator to arcade = idiots. GTR2 is a racing SIMULATOR and>>>>>>>>>PGR3, and there is a GOTY to back it up.

That's just your opinion, anyway I posted the screnshots comparing graphics, I know pgr3 is arcade but it's still damn fun and handling is semi- realistic, I like realistic racing sims too but I haven't had as much fun on them as I've had playing pgr3 on live. I know my racing too I've posted a time inside the top 40 in the world for the nurburgring F1 track , and have raced people (and been faster) ranked inside the top 20 in the world, so I know racing games. But if you want realism AND awesome graphics then Forza 2 owns everything the pc has to offer hands down.
To the guy who plays  pgr3 on his neighbours 360 and thinks those screenshots aren't realistic I suspect you are playing it in 720p , I play it in 1080p and it makes a big difference . If you go into photo mode during replay it looks almost exactly like those screenshots I posted, but still way better than gtr2 at any rate.
And why I think it's lame to post up crysis pictures is because it isn't even out yet and the majority of people neither have vista or the hardware to run it on, yet hermits have been posting up screenies for over a year now which is pretty weak. But the realease of dx10 is by no means the end for the 360 by any means, microsoft have future proofed the 360 for a couple of years at least and by then a brand new generation of console will emerge.
Plus you pc guys can't have it both ways , one minute you are saying pc's are for people who can afford to pay more constantly upgrading and then the next minute you say it's cheaper than a 360 ??!? make your minds up damn ! Fact is you know exactly were you are with a 360 , you know how much you've spent and will spend , and you know in a couple of years down the line the only expense is to buy a brand new shiny next gen console ahhh the joy....
But anyway all the hermits posts are so blindly biased and fanboyish it's laughable , pc gaming just feels weak to me  but hey whatever floats your boat , keep playing your frankenstein like creations you call your pc's cos I know I'm having more fun on my 360 . .

Just thought I would bring up the hole K/M to controller arguement. To me K/B and mouse>controller. Alright I have a 360 and I have played Fear for 360. I also have it for PC. So I thought I would compare which one I had a fun time with. The console version was like 3 times slower and got boring. PC version was fast and exciting and had a more fun factor. Same thing with COD2 for PC. I enjoyed it more on PC than my 360. The only thing PC isnt good for it racers and fighters. But even then we got GTR2 which is a sweet game that played great. PC gaming is not dieing. One more thing consoles wont be getting either. Right now the new nvidia 8800s and 8600s have shader model 4. Which is the next step up from shader model 3 which is in DX9 cards. Nvidia has already started testing shader model 5. I cant wait to see what games will looks like using that.
