So they have their differences but they do the same thing... Glad we got that cleared up.

you are so wrong
I assume you're referring to your comment on page 3. How does that make me wrong? I already said they have their differences. But they're similar in the sense that when you move the controller, the objects on screen move with you.If u read my other post then you will see what i mean, i dotn liek typing things twice.

I've read your other post and don't a reasoning as to why the Ps ball-on-the-stick needs purchased if it doesn't solely work on IR.
OK, to sum this thread up easily, The PS3 wand is NOT a copy of the Wiimote, even though it looks like a Wiimote with a bulb and does the same thing. Yet NATAL is a copy of the EyeToy, even though it doed things EyeToy can't.....Sony fanboyism is funny...

good jobb
now there is no point with this forum
[QUOTE="Bentham"]Both Natal and the Sony Wand are a response to the success of the Nintendo Wii. So, yes it is, essentially, a rip-off.SilverChimerabut its not an exact copy like others suggest there are subtle differences between the Wiimote with M+ and Sonywand, but honestly how big of a difference does it make? sure it uses the camera, but what happens when the camera can't see the wand? exactly what happens when the IR can't get to the sensor bar. there is nothing stoping devs from dual weilding on Wii. samba de amigo already does it. i agree that without M+, the Sonywand blows the Wiimote out of the water, but after you add M+ into the equasion than the differences are to subtle to tell untill we get our hands on both. Final point i have to make, guess what device is going to get a larger install base faster and get more support. the one with a $20 add-on to a controler everybody already has, or a compleatly new 60-80 doller controler for a system that has built itself on the traditional.
