Why **** punch ??? inFamous 2 looks terrible

Looks pretty cool to me.

I just don't like the new voice actor, everything else is great though.

I think that Cole just needs to keep his voice low.

The only thing I agree you about is the voice actor but besides that it looks amazing!

IDK about Infamous 2. It could be better as I found the first one to be an overrated exclusive.

I personally don't care about his new look or new voice. I mean they could've done worse. As for his new look and all, didn't Sasha tell Cole in the first game that his powers would warp him somehow? Maybe, again it's just a thought, but maybe that's what happened to Cole.

The hair I can understand because maybe Cole just decided to grow it out, but the changed voice does really bother me. In any case, from what I've seen the gameplay looks like a nice evolution of what they've already done. Event though they gave him a weapon, I think it makes sense. If he can charge a conductive piece of metal, than why not? It will keep them from just repeating the same powers from the first game entirely. Also some of the new building-scaling moves look pretty awesome and should make navigating the city faster.

If my memory serves me right prototype was was also an open world game that had scripted like missions.

There is something about exclusives that make people go nuts. Never understood why though. It is like you have some sort of devotion to hate on these games and then praise multiplat games that look completely average. You kind of could see the awesomeness of that trailer in infamous 2 the same way halo reach is awesome. Yet people find a way to downplay anything on this site.

They said they are looking into changing him back. Its funny i was just reading the game informer with infamous 2 and they were talking how they changed the character bc people complained about not really feeling the old cole. One thing i dont like about your post is you saying its trying to be something it isnt. i hate when people say things like this. Its sucker punches game. Not Yours. Who are you to say what its suppose to be??

I'm among the few who is actually loving EVERYTHING about the sequel. I didn't fancy the original as much. Just felt boring honestly but I won't get into that discussion since it's off topic.

What is it then?

I think Sucker Punch is just trying to improve upon the first game by making it more cinematic, action packed, and fun. I think its good that they are at least trying to improve the game rather than just making the same game again. I hope what they say is true and the jump from Infamous to Infamous 2 is like that of Uncharted and Uncharted 2.

Indeed, looks mediocre to me too visually, but like Crackdown it is not about graphics, more about the gameplay, if thatis good, graphics will not matter
