WHY Sony is the Smartest out of Nintendo and MS!!! THEY own in 1st PARTY Titles!

Simply put.. 1st party titles.  Sony knows that 3rd party exclusives are a dying breed. Honestly, even if games such as MGS and final fantasy didnt exist. I would still buy a PS3 for these 1st party Sony Published games and franchises..

1.Warhawk

2.Gran Turismo

3.Killzone

4.Ratchet and clank

5.Lair

6.Heavenly Sword

7.God of war franchise

8.Twisted metal franchise

9.Socom

10.Jak and daxter franchise

11.Resistance

12.Singstar

13.Home

14.Eight Days

15.Uncharted  

Probably many other games I forgot to mention. But thats why sony is the smartest company out of the other 2 and they have the better business model. Really when you think about it. All MS is Forza, Halo, Mass Effect, Gears Of war, Crackdown that are 1st party published.  Grant it Nintendo has a solid 1st party line up as well. But for the mature gamer, Sony's 1st party line up owns all!!  That is why Sony will come out on top this gen. They have all the great 1st party titles to call their own and they will win

Shadow of the Colossus got GOTY in some places.

No Sony has the worst business model.... but that's why it makes the PS3 the best console for the consumer. MS charges XBL fees and way way too much for proprietary accessories. Nintendo is rehashing GC hardware and selling it for more and overcharging on VC games (and debateably regular games).

Sony made PS3 an open computer platform that can use generic HDs, memory cards, headsets, free online system, standard next-gen DVDs. It's a far better model for us consumers. But because it comes at a higher initial price tag, people are too stupid and ignorant to realize that it is a far better deal than the other consoles in the end. They expected way too much thinking out of the consumers to realize why PS3 costs $600 and that'll be their downfall. Game preference is a completely different factor so don't even go there as some lame counter argument.

And in some places Twilight Princess beat out Gears of War. But we are only comparing Gamespot remember.

nintendo's franchise has hardly expanded from zelda, mario, and donkey kong. its pretty sad how much they have milked these games for the past 20years.
