i always see people complaining over installations firstly cos of the time it takes and 2nd cos of the space. but whats the problem. say it takes 20 mins, flick to tv or surf the web or something and if the install is large why dont you just delete it when your done. people make waiting 20 mins seem like mild agony.sixpmtvwatcher

If I can pop in Uncharted, one of the best gaming experiences I've experienced in a while, and play the game from begining to end with no install and no load screens...then yes, 20 mins in not only a "mild agony" but a spit in the face from developers.

To me this is like how they all refused to accept the Wii as a competitive gaming console. And et now that the Wii is easily crushing the competition...they STILL refuse to make proper games for it, citing the lack of sales of their CRAP as the reason they won't make real games. It is shameful and spitting in the face of Wii fans by TELLING them what they want instead of making games for a popular console.

But developers won't because, just like the PS3 hardware, the Wii hardware is too different from the normal cookie-cutter, PC programming they are used to and too comfortable to get over.

[QUOTE="Vandalvideo"]You are having installations without the benefit of installations. Its worthless waiting. Atleast on PCs I can perform a mexican hat dance with my CD and say goodbye to it forever.heretrix

Well, apart from the control scheme, the Wii is hardly a complicated beast, especially if you already have experience with the GameCube. Perhaps that's why Nintendo can charge a relative pittance for devkits.

Why??

Because 360 users dont want to discuss their real problems as RRoDs and instead they trying to find ways bash PS3 . They fail? Yes. Worldwide sales shows it clearly. Like we wont have fun cause of an installation....buuh
