[QUOTE="granddogg"][QUOTE="clone01"] Why the f*ck do you care? It's not your money.clone01why u mad? Chill I'm not mad. It's a question. Why the f*ck do you care how other people choose to spend their money?
for the same reason you care what system people buy
well, if it's worth buying but also on the xbox one, it'd be better to play on ps4 cause it's $100 cheaper. Casual and bro gamers don't use PCs for these kinds of games either. If I know 6 people who want to play 64 person battlefield 4 and I want to play it with them, I'm gonna buy the system they are gonna buy so I can play it with them. People who know me and want to play with me will also be influenced.Killzone is it .......any other game worth buying can be had on pc or xbox 1.....plus ryse,forza5,dr3,ki ....looks great on the 1....knack and driveclub looks like crap
granddogg
Then you go into that opinion thing again. I'm not interested in knack, but I think Ryse looks like steaming garbage and Forza shouldn't even be called a simulator anymore if they still can't get weather to work on it. Killer Instinct and Dead Rising 3 also don't really seem to interesting to me. Would rather just buy multiplats and killzone till Infamous comes out. That alone beats everything I've seen on Xbox One so far.
If you are a multi console owner that's a good start.. I really don't want a jumble of consoles by my TV. That's a shitload of cables, not to mention gamepads. I used to have all of the consoles, but it's just a goddamn mess after awhile and I'm really good at cable management. For the games. After all, it's not like you have to unplug your PS3 to use the 4.

This is a good question. Historically, arguably all console launches have had horrible software lineups along with it. While I personally have bought the Wii, 3DS, and Wii U at launch(or as soon as they weren't sold out like the Wii), they all had innovative new technology and good games to demonstrate that technology at launch, which was a huge factor for me. The PS4 and XBOne don't have anything like that and neither did the PS3 or XBox 360. In fact, the main reason there's a PS3 in my place is for the Blu-ray player.
Killzone...*vomit* All flash, zero substance. Can't believe GG still is on this franchise, move on, you're not even a good developer, you just have good artists.-RocBoys9489-My developers are all talented I'd like to think.
My biggest question to those who keep making these threads is if you have actually seen the official launch title list for the PS4. As I recall Sony has already stated that Gamescon is where they will be really showing off the games? Also, when was the last time a console launch had huge titles that showcased the power of said consoles??When was the last time that a console launched with more than maybe 2 or 3 exclusive games and the rest weren't just multiplats?? To my knowledge, the last time I felt that a console launched with an epic line up was in 1999 on the Dreamcast and in 2002 on the GameCube. Xbox and PS2 were decent with the Xbox obviously winning out with Halo at launch. The 360 and PS3 were OK with PDZ and Condemned and Motorstorm and Warhawk. Nothing groundbreaking there, but they were fun games!ShoTTyMcNaDeS
Xbox, Although the 360 did have underrated games like Kameo and PGR3
WiiU
I always just figured that if you have other systems, especially the PC, you're not going to be thirsty in games, so why rush out and get the inferior model when you can wait for 2-3 years for the superior, cheaper revision (And games will be cheaper by then too)?
PS4 is doing nothing revolutionary like the Wii did so I don't see the curiosity aspect being a part of it. Although I guess there's those people that can spend hundreds of hours on the Killzone MP. But if it's anything like KZ3 then bless their souls. :P

They also said Vita would have a big show at E3 lol. They will have plenty of PS4 games at Gamescom.
I've got both consoles reserved now, and honestly I'm thinking about cancelling both. Neither launch is impressive.
Agreed. Everyone is talking about Titanfall, but that doesn't interest me one bit. I do love the infamous series tho.Because speaking honestly no exclusive from either sony or M$ sounds actually interesting or worth the Console purchase. But we all know there's going to be good 3rd Party support for both of them and eventually there will be interesting exclusives. Besides Sony hasn't announced all it's exclusives yet. and all M$ still has is shooters and Forza.

Only fools buy consoles at launch. You pay more for less. I'll wait a year or two and a price drop or two before buying.
Ummm, why does it matter if you have to pay for XBL or PS+ to watch Netflix? You're going to anyway? You should ask yourself why are you buying a XBO?
I'm getting a PS4 mainly because I want a new BR player. 2nd for playing exclusive games and 3rd to watch Netflix for free.
XBO didn't even say how fast their BR drive is. Plus you can't watch Netflix for free and it costs $100 more.
PS4 might not have the best games ever made at launch, but it has a brighter future then XBO.

You don't need PS+ to watch Netflix.
Why buy multiplatform games on PS3 or 360 when you can buy them on PS4 or XBone? I bought the 360 at launch and enjoyed playing next gen games on it. Fight Night Round 3 and NFS Most Wanted destroyed on 360 destroyed their counterparts. Plus it's stupid to say why buy a PS4 at launch because of no games, obviously there are going to be PS4 games at you'll want to play sooner or later so does it really matter when you get the system? I doubt a price drop happens anytime soon...
