Why won't gamers stand up to SOny and tell them to stop ruining the industry???

They have single handily went from awesome to crap in one gen. ps2 was great, but those are the old days. Ps3 has been a massive failure. SOny is absolutely ruining the gaming industry and gamers and just letting them do it with no reprocussions. From the craptastic Move, overpriced junk Vita, overpriced Ps3, psn credit theft, outdated controller, terrible online.....i mean i could go on and on, what the hell gamers, STNAD UP to this POS company for once. They are ruining the industry I love and I hope the bankrupcy rumors are true, because then gaming might return to the greatness it was last gen

They are still a great system for the gamers. They're internal issues aren't really indicative of the quality they are bringing to their system.

The whole PSN fiasco was a major issue, and a detriment to the company, but in terms of my experience, they've done pretty damn well.

im pissed at sony in this gen but whats killing gaming this gen is NOT sony. it those god damn fps games. let the fps remain on pc that whre they are meant to be played. i want action adventure games. ps2 had so many from dmc to onimusha to shinobi and they had so many so manyyy adventure games. i also blame the online mp on consoles, most games now are short and rust and all focus is going on the online multiplayer. ninja gaiden was ruined because they decieded to focus more on a crappy mp that the sp content, i hav some fears hat this will happen to gowa but i hope not.

Sony doesn't charge for online play, nor do they do "subscription" deals (the new Xbox deal, which is terrible). You buy a Sony console *ONCE* unless it has a hardware issue, but that should not count because all consoles have hardware issues now and then which is a part of owning a gaming console, or even a PC. You don't buy a Microsoft console just once, you have to keep on paying for online. Microsoft doesn't need to come to your house to rob you, you let them in willingly to rob you.

• They rehash ideas by other companies such as the Wii remote and now Sony All Stars (this hurts consumers who are looking for creative new products)
• They promote the trend of cinematic games (this hurts us core gamers who appreciate more complex titles)
• They've done nothing, but embrace DLC for all their titles (again, this hurts the consumer)

I wouldn't buy a game with an online pass or the install and startup times of most Sony games.

I would definitely put them with the likes of EA, Ubisoft, and Capcom in today's gaming world.

I don't know of any situation where something looking good would hurt someone else's eyes.

It tends to be the other way around.

I know I've never experienced any pain in my eyes while playing any of my PC games.

Huh? Did you read the fine print?? If you cancel the service on your 360, MS will charge you a termination fee, so you sign a contract. You really have no option, unless you want to pay more money to cancel it.
