IF you enjoy playing these games good luck to you. Personally they aren't my type of game and I doubt many of them will score especially well (most of them will probably just about hit AA.) If you think you're going to enjoy the games listed...it's personal preference man, enjoy your Wii.:P

I agree with Zack and Wiki... but NIGHTS? eh...... looks pretty bad imo. But, ill wait and see.

NiGHTS into Dreams on the Sega Saturn was the best Sega IP since 2D sonic, in my very humble opinion. A truly fantastic game.

The only fault here is that it's difficult to remake a cult hit game, for example, Shock Treatment has a much smaller following than Rocky Horror Picture Show.

All of them. Grim Fandango, Escape from Monkey Island, et cetera. There's a reason that genre died, and there is a fine art to creating this type of game. From what I've seen of Zack & Wiki, I'm not putting a lot of faith in it to be the next Grim Fandango, Day of the Tentacle, or Escape From Monkey Island.

The only similarity I see is the "&" in the title. The sidekick thing. They're not even in the same genre. You're basically saying cartoonish games with sidekicks are all the same (R&C, Jak & Daxter, Toejam & Earl, etc).

To me Zack & Wiki looks kinda like Dizzy Prince of Yolkfolk. The gameplay mechanics seem very similar, although the control appears to work differently.

Actually Dewy's Adventure looks like a fun title. Elebits was fun and Konami have a tendancy of making great little titles.

I compared it to LBP to null the kiddy association.

But doing so is a poor debate choice simply because LBP features player-created content and social gaming, which Dewey's Adventure doesn't. I think Animal Crossing Wii would be a better title to use as a counter, because of the online social aspects, and the huge amount of customization, player-creation (artwork, clothes, tiles, et cetera) and just generally higher-quality than Dewey's Adventure. It doesn't hurt that AC is a proven series, whereas Dewey's Adventure is unproven.

I'd avoid resorting to pure "fun" debates over technical achievement when fighting LBP. Animal Forest, as an N64 title, has advantages too because it allows you to show Nintendo was viewing player-creation, customization, and interaction as important far earlier in the game than Sony.

ButI agree about Animal crossing. Seeing as it did well on the ds, we should be expecting a wii incarnation soon
