Wii Has Nothing on this

The fact of the matter is, exclusives are great, but they are adding on to the multiplatform games. While Wii has a quality first party lineup, it lacks any of the multiplatform games found on PS3 and 360 that make them great. It needs to play catchup just because of that.

Here are just some recent multiplatform games found on 360 and PS3, but not Wii (Besides Skate games, all are 8.0 or over)

Hmm my answer is a mixture. Yes, but I like my wii. I bought it for first party games and thats what I am getting. I have my PS3 for any multiplates that are not on PC, and more importantly exclusives.

You but some really crappy games on that list.... Soul Caliber really? NHL? That's on Wii too. Also, WTF multiplats VS Wii? Ok, PS3 and 360 can't play the highest rated game this generation.Fightingfan

And I tried the spoiler tag thing (before and after seeing the post a few posts above). Still not working. Keeps saying its not formatted well.

Most of the Wii owners bought their system for all the 10+ year old Nintendo franchises they grew up with, so no, I don't think it suffers from the lack of quality 3rd party / multiplatform titles :S

Yeah, the Wii doesn't have the same Power as the 360 and PS3 so it can't get those games but it's a shame.

obviously, its a shame that SW is so concentrated on exclusives.

But i must also say that i wouldnt mind just owning a wii, imo the exclusives are really worth it.

However its commons sense that as long you dont own all consoles, you are going to miss out on some great games.

Great games that certainly add to a library. wouldn't go as far as to say has nothing on that list though it certainly does contain outstanding quality.

Edit: Actually on second thought, on that list alone I think the Wii can equal it. there are lots of other PS3/360/PC multiplats you could add to make a strong list even stronger though.

This is the wii's downfall. The lack of multiplats is what makes it inferior to everything else. And the fact that its exclusives aren't as good as the other systems.(I better say in my opinion.)

Not by the scores indicated. Because its on the Wii doesnt means its handicapped and will not score as highly or be as well received by gamers as a game on the 360/PS3. A good game is a good game whatever console it is on and because its on the Wii doesnt mean a game cannot be a pleasurable as something on 360/PS3. Wii party is a party / mini game collection which means for the standards in that genre it scores whatever it did and should not be compared to something which is in the FPS, Platform Genre. Sonic Colors is a platformer and is compared to other platformers so it deserved its scores in comparison to other platformers. The only standards which change is between genres.

Naw, one thing I find about that list is that it covers a lot of the same fanbase well but its about only good at that. Titles like Endless Ocean, Wii Party and Sonic Colours cover a wider range of people than like 3 quarters of that list and I personally think that's important.

Tatsunoko vs Capcom actually and the game kicks ass. Street Fighter 4 is better but its about the only other fighter I played this gen that really gripped me. Also MvC3 isn't out so no duh its being ignored (I personally am mega excited though no baroque is making me rage). And I would n't say those games are better than the one's you mentioned but they are certainly in the same vicinity.

Donkey Kong is a better Platformer than all the games which you mentioned. Bioshock is not a platformer. AC : brotherhood is not a platformer. Mafia 2 isnt a platformer, just cause 2 isnt a platformer. Compare games and the scoresin the same genre rather than the scores.

Bioshock can be compared to the metroid trilogy.

Tats Vs Cap can be compared Street Fighter.

Goldeneye can be compared to Black Ops.

These are games in the same genre...
