how can wii only gamers be the core gamers if the wii wasnt even made for them, it was made for non-gamers
What's that Lassie? "You are only a core gamer if you play games with the best avalible graphics"?
Well I think you're talking rubbish there, Lassie, and dogs can't play games anyway.
No, you aren't right. By your definition of a core gamer, everyone with only one console and no PC isn't a core gamer.
Wii gamers are half and half some play wii fit etc, some play mario galaxy and zelda etc, you do the math some are core some are not. your just as bad as the pc gamers who tell me im not hardcore because i play 360, even though i play about 10 hours a night of xbox on many an occassion.
You contradicted yourself. Right now, the Wii has the best motion sensing technology, which makes games seem a lot more realistic than the graphics do, although the other systems have great visuals.
One question, what exactly is a core gamer?
Well if they love games so much why do the play a console that has a non shovelware game every 6 months when they could have one that releases actual games every week.LiquidShnake
Because what you posted is factually wrong and a quick look at our google spreadsheet would say there are more than 1 none shovelware games released every 6 months. Someone link me the google spreadsheet stat.

OP, let me see if I understand you correctly:
YOUR definition of a "hARDCORE" gamer is somebody who only plays games with 'realistic' graphics?
Only a successful troll could be this ignorant
Good job, you are an inspiration to your kind
TC, you consider yourself a core gamer because your Mommy and Daddy pay over 1 grand to buy you multiple systems and games?
I need to pay for all of my games by myself, hence why I only own a Wii. I have other things to spend my money on like college tuition.

Here you go.Well if they love games so much why do the play a console that has a non shovelware game every 6 months when they could have one that releases actual games every week.LiquidShnakeHow do you define core gamer? And the Wii had lots of AAs and As in 2009 so far and that's only exclusives.
[QUOTE="_BlueDuck_"]I am a casual gamer and I don't own the Wii--so I proved him wrong, as well.I am a core gamer and I only own a Wii, therefore proving your hypothesis wrong.

Team-work, high five.
I really dont understand why wii-only owners are limiting themselves. Its not just about graphics, its about lack of quality games, or even decent games. The experience almost always translates better on the 360 and ps3. And its nice that theyre pioneering motioncontrol, but that doesnt mean its good yet. the so called added benefits of 'game immersion' are so negligable at the moment taht they definately do not outweigh the other setbacks of the system. I cant think of many games where the motion control 1ups the console/pc counterparts. If you want precision use a mouse. If you want immersion, play a game with good graphics, the motion control wont do that for you just yet.

No, you're not right. And I own both a Wii and a 360. I play them both equally as much.

I don't think we count Wiiware. But this spreadsheet says 8.Dawn of Discovery is considered exclusive? Works for me.[QUOTE="OreoMilkshake"][QUOTE="mitu123"] It's 8 now actually.mitu123
But they weren't. And they would have been sold at 10 bucks more. Like always.those 8 exclusives could have been done on the 360/ps3 with better graphics and sold at the same price.
FeedOnATreeFrog
those 8 exclusives could have been done on the 360/ps3 with better graphics and sold at the same price. Thats the point. But noooo, nintendo had to come along with their cheap console, capture a fatttty user base and keep games looking last gen.
FeedOnATreeFrog
Who cares? Fact is they weren't and there is no proof those games would even exist if the wii wasn't around. Would you like to try again?
[QUOTE="mitu123"]But this spreadsheet says 8.Dawn of Discovery is considered exclusive? Works for me. Yeah, I read that people say those versions are different, similar to the GRAW situation. I read the reviews and Gamespot said the Wii version is different from the other versions.[QUOTE="OreoMilkshake"]I don't think we count Wiiware.OreoMilkshake
