WII only owners miss out so bad in every genre

FPS = ps3 has killzone2, COD4, haze, UT3, xbox360 has UT3, halo 3, COD4 WII has nothing except a wannabe FPS like metroid prime 3

RPG's = ps3 has FF13, white knight story, xbox360 has mass effect, fable 2, wii has absolutely nothing of interest

ACTION/ADVENTURE = ps3 has god of war 3, devil may cry 4, ninja gaiden sigma, MGS4, GTA4 xbox360 has ninja gaiden 2, devil may cry 4, too human, splinter cell 5, GTA4 WII has possibly another rehased zelda game with no voice acting

overall the 2 best genres IMO FPS, and RPG

wii has nothing for those genres, all they have is tired unevolving zelda franchise still with no voice acting....

This sort of thing is across anyone looking to own only one console.

You miss out either way.

exactly what genre is the 360 going to miss out on?? The only one I can think of is JRPG and they've got Blue Dragon and that other crappy one coming out later.

mario contends for best platformer

BWii contends for best RTS (not sure about the genre exactly)

MP3 contends for best FPS

We dont know much about FF:CC the crystal bearers other than that it will very different than the GC games before it. Might contend for RPG of the year

Zack and Wiki has no competition in its genre, nor does ghost squad and RE:UC

Who knows what nintendo does with mariokart wii...

pikmin 3 will come eventually. Probably late next year

So, even if you dont like these games, I dont see how wii owners are missing out 'so bad'

Yes and every other consoles this generation are missing a lot of party games, platforms and Anime based games. (Yes, I'm even talking about the X360)

Also Metroid Prime is not a wannabe FPS. its not an FPS stop trying to insult it. ITs always been a hybrid shooter since it was first made. Is Bioshock suddenly a wannabe FPS.

I know I can probably never convince any MS or Sony devotee of this, but I have simply never enjoyed FPS's. Ever. So why don't you tell me exactly what my options are?

I would love to have better graphics (except that Mario Galaxy looks amazing by any console's standards), but you're just going to have to believe me when I say that the PS3 and 360 simply do not offer enough games that I'm genuinely interested to warrant a $600 purchase or 33% chance of hardware failure.

Trust me, it's not denial or jealousy; I, and many other gamers really do enjoy Nintendo products more than the competition, alright?
