you listed something that you encountered while playing? the representative fem-males? or the swinging sticks? either way i dont understand what part youre trying to explain where you stated that you actually played the game as anything and everything that youve spoken about can be seen by a simple youtube search. and to give a thorough review of a game...you usually have to soak up multiple hours to really get the jist of the game and i fail to grasp the notion that you have honestly sat through so much of this game, with your obviously dissatisfactionof simple character details, to give an unbiased review. i dont rely on crystal balls, i just go by what you say and you havent proved to me anything that says that you have experienced more than a youtubes glance at some gameplay footage(which just so happened to be the first xenoblade vid that popped up in a tube search)based on exactly what youre describing in the game. so until proven otherwise im just going to take it as that...

I never really understood why a sword = stick swinging. Better watch out for Darksiders, Skyrim, Dark/Demon Souls, Ninja Gaiden, etc.; all those guys are swinging their sticks around.
