Wii "kiddy"? GTA may be coming. Nintendo hopes so.

Rockstar would have to downgrade the graphics so much, and make differerent controls. Its just to much work. Unless it also comes out on the ps2, then they might just port it over like most of the wii titles.xXHackettXx

hm... it could come. i'd at least rent it, but i don't really like GTA all that much.

I believe if it does come to the Wii, it will just be the scraps from the next-gen versions or a spin-off of an older GTA. Manhunt 2 is a great first step because it's a proper game already coming to the PS2 and PSP. But I just don't see a Wii GTA having much commercial appeal if it's watered down and not the real deal..

Basically Nintendo are bargaining for something which will not be worth it in the end.

There is nothing as "too violent for this console". If it says reggie is trying to convince  someone to get a game, believe me, there is serious interest in it. You  seem to be forgetting several things.

I don't want it. I bought the Wii because of Mario, Zelda and Metroid. Bring on the Nintendo-goodness!Litchie
