trust me, i for one actually believe you because it actually makes sense, Wii sales actually have to stop being this crazy at one point, however, we heard way too many stuff like this so you need to understand, plus, you should wait till tomorrow and come back with updates.

These ancedotal stories are meaningless. I can look up the Wii's retail availabilty right now and see that it's still pretty much sold out everywhere.

I didnt say it wasnt true. I dont care either way. I just pointed out that its meaningless ancedotal evidence, esp when looking at Wii's international availability rate which suggests its still pre-dominantly sold out.

I'd say Wii is in for another huge NPD come this thurs, particularly when considering Nintendo is ramping up production.

I don't see why your objecting to his story so much, it seems reasonable. I'm 99% sheep myself....I don't think its a bad thing that the supply is meeting the demand.

It's pretty hard to get a wii around here where I am (Toronto, Ontario; the heart of Canada) But I think most people are resorting to getting wii's on ebay for jacked up prices.

They hold them till the weekend so they can advertise them in the paper... they would have to reprint the adds and take the Wii out if they don't actually have any. It's aginst the law to advertise something you can't sell.
