I have heard many definitions of "hardcore gamer". Alot of people seem to think that in order to be a hardcore gamer you need to finish over 100 games every year.

Looks like I am not hardcore, therefore, I have a Wii.

I really don't understand why some fanboys simply loathe the Wii so much?
Do they think it's hurting them, honestly?
Or are they simply jealous that it's outselling their console 2:1?

Even though I hate the concept of the 360 planning maybe to throw motion sensing into the mix in the near/distant future, I'd love to see it be a huge hit with casuals, and watching 'hardcore' lemmings squirm.

Yeah, its such a piece of garbage, it has more AA and AAA exclusives than the PS3, its cheap, and it has the 07 GOTY, what a piece of gimmicky junk.

Moreover, most people who call themselves "hardcore" are not. Not in the traditional sense anyways. I mean, do they play the games that few else will because they're so insanely difficult (classic Hardcore definition)? No, they play the same relatively easy games everyone does.
