For a team focused experience with big battles BC2 is better, but for it's content and one man army fun BO is more enjoyable, no one wins or loses either.:D Unless you don't like either.:P
I wonder how many CoD fanboys have actually taken more than 5 minutes to play BFBC 2. Imo any CoD game gets destroyed by BFBC2 for numerous reasons. We're talking about video games hear, so I will use the term "realistic" loosely, but BFBC2 is a more realistic game as far as sound, pacing, strategy and balance. The class based game play works really well and lets us not forget about the destructible environments. You wont find any overpowered perks or Killstreaks in BFBC 2. Its all about the objectives and winning.
Now all that being said, some people just prefer the arcadey, fast paced nature of Black ops. I am in no way saying that Black Ops is a bad game, in fact I own both of these titles and play both. However, if I had to choose the better game overall, it would be BFBC 2.

I disagree. There are very rare ocassions in BC2 where you end up alone and behind enemy lines playing the "one many army" type and it's awesome. Getting back to base with no ammunition left, friend asking where you've been and saying "I've seen some **** man!" is awesome. It's too common and boring in Black Ops. I also think the content is better in BC2. I prefer the weapons and the way they work. Actually sounds like you're firing a gun.
Disconnects, cable pulling, lag, map design (most are just too small). Basically, the lack of quality that occurs when you allocate 90% of your game budget towards marketing and voice actors rather than making the game.

try 2 months. i got sick of having to play on UK servers when I live in US because it actually lagged less. also, instead of perks and killstreaks, bc2 gets classes with crap like mortar strikes and landmines and there are vechicles which take the plac eof killstreaks. but yeah, blowing up a few buildings makes the game so much more fun, even when doing so defeats the purpose of the objective in games like rush where guys don't even try to arm the bombs, they just snipe the buildings with tanks. oh and magnum ammo snipers. they are also stupid. and that is just multiplayer. cod has the better campaign and many people love its zombie mode.
BFBC2 is already a better game than Blops. Getting a huge expansion certainly cant hurt.

I hope COD fans enjoy paying 15$ for 3 new maps while the same 15$ can be used for 5 new maps, new weapons, vehicles, textures etc in BC2
They've licensed 49 songs for it too. And recorded a pig.

That's frankly a pretty poor so called Ultimate Edition. BF1943 is nice if you don't own it already. Otherwise you're better off getting the standard edition.

-The maps you lock up earlier but can be locked up by ranking up. - AKA the maps you have if you buy the game new, that were already on the disk on the first place. - A meh survival mode that died after a while, zombies is alot better than this, and has actual humour. - Is that like 1 or 2 weapons, which are reskinned weapons of existing bc2 weapons with different skins. -Lol A game inferior to bc2, let alone vietnam. :lol: Bad company 2 has almost no content, 3-4 game modes with a mediocre single player. Its multiplayer is more refined and arguebly better, But if laughable when it comes to content, having that said, i enjoy bc2 multiplayer more, but BO has me coming back with its variety in game modes.

Which are reskinned s2000 and m14's Not the specact skins, which are even a bigger rippoff. They gave the m95 that changing skin, why not for the other weapons. :?
I lose a little bit of faith in humanity each time I'm killed by someone with a golden weapon. Why do people put value in stupid, worthless ****? This is why we can't have nice things. Anyway, BC2 was most definitely content-starved at launch thanks to EA's moronic VIP scheme and having DICE rush out that MoH nonsense. I don't know how many are aware of this, but EA still kind of sucks a lot. Better not mess up BF3. But regardless of that tangent I just went on, BC2 now has like 10 maps per mode, and I think that's fine. More modes and whistles wouldn't hurt, but I'm content with its content.
yeah uh. i'll stick to my 35 (20 for game, 15 for vietnam) dollar purchase of bc2 on computer that includes over 20 maps. half the price, more content, better gameplay, better graphics, ACTUAL BULLET PHYSICS, great squadplay and most importantly, best sound design in a game ever. i'll stick to bc2.
