Will Diablo 3 look 10x better now that is made for PS4 ?

You can max out D3 in a 9800gt... the PS4 version will be identical to the PC versions.

On PS4 they can make it for a GTX680 equivalent and since all systems have the same hardware they dont have to worry if 99% of systems wont be able to play it like on PC

Sure, this is no way a Diablo game or world there, but for what it is, better graphics would still make for a better looking game regardless

1. Many of the problems with D3 were not really evident until later, namely with regards to loot and difficulty. The game was enormously hyped and remains the fastest-selling PC game of all time and one of the fastest-selling games overall so the high sales were obviously a product of really high anticipation (as Blizzard does not make new entries into their franchises very often and Diablo fans had been waiting 14 years for this game).

Point is the game's inherent problems are evident at this point, and console gamers are in for a doozy 

2. The PS4's GPU is not at all equivalent to a 680, if anything it'll run D3 at a choppier framerate than a PC with a 680 and, say, an i5 2500k at max settings and 1080p (especially since this is the first console game Blizzard has developed since, well... ever?)

Also..I don't know if you realize this, but there's this thing called graphics settings on PC. Just because you want to cater to low end doesn't mean you can't give good stuff to high-end users too. Blizzard simply never does, which in large part is because of how long their development cycle is.
