Will Motorstorm get outscored by Dirt?

Ill have to go with a.....no.....I dont know what it is, the game graphically looks great but the physics and handling look off, like the vehicle and track arent intune with one another...this can probably be tweaked but as of now I can see it getting a 6 in gameplay.

Dirt for one simple reason. Motorstorm had potential, and wasted it. Where was the downhill action? where were the natural hazzards like boulders and stuff, and where were the game modes, where was the graphics and physics shown at 05. It is basically an offroad burnout, and burnout has lost its amazing edge since revenge was released. All of the ps3 games had potential, but rushing for release has caused all innovation to be lost.

Downhill action was the thing I thought would be most fun. Wouldn't it be awesome to drive down the face of a mountain while being chased by rock and mud slides along with objects in the way.

As it stands it looks like a test run.

i dont know about the sense of speed but i always loved rallisport for the xbox and i know DiRT is gonna be a buy for me. look very good cant wait.

But Forza is an accurate, realistic driving simulator. It is designed to be a digital recreation of driving a race car. Colin McRae games, while realistic in many aspects, are more geared towards having fun via tearing round a dirt track at huge speeds and sliding round corners rather than expertly taking a perfect line through an s-bend.

Forza 2 is not the ultimate realistic driving sim.  It's much more realistic than Gran Turismo, but when you look at games like GTR 2 or RACE it's easy to see where the Forza franchise falls short.  Dirt is a pretty sim-like game in the rally world.  Your description of it sounds like you're talking more about a game like Sega Rally.
