Will Duke Nukem Forever ever be released?

As you might know 3DRealms released a teaser of Duke Nukem Forever some time ago, apperently stating it's still in development. I haven't been following the entire story for the entire time (how could I, I'm only 20 years old), but apperently Duke Nukem Forever has been in development for at least 10 years since it was supposedly announced in 1998.

Do you think Duke Nukem Forever will ever be released rather then be canceled like they once had us thought? Please vote. Also specify in a post if you think it will be released, when it will be.
