yes, I see no reason for it to go on the Xbox 360 as it's not really a game in the first placelamprey263Well, I'd call it half game half movie. But the cutscenes were overkill.

That's funny, coming from the guy with the Duke Nukem avatar and signature. At this point who really gives a f***?
It's not like it's a good game anyway.

Next gen maybe, but wouldnt they have to change quite a few things?
I remember a duelshock being used for mk2 and and apple computer off the top of my head. Unless they just let those things slide, or something.
They would have to change that and they also have to change Sunny playing a PSP to whatever handheld is made by the manufacture of the system it is on.Next gen maybe, but wouldnt they have to change quite a few things?

Also they mention about them not having to change disks because it is on the PS3 and it is using a Blu-ray and it is Dual Layered.
[QUOTE="DarkLink77"]At this point who really gives a f***?MorrdecaiMGS fans who don't own a PS3? If they were a MGS fan they would have found a way to play the game by now.
They'd have to take certain things out of the game to do that. Then they'd have to do some heavy compression. With the recent announcement of the MGS HD Collection heading to both XBOX and PS3, as well as the 3DS MGS3 port, it seems as though MGS is definitely heading multiplatform. Now, I know of course that MGS has never been an exclusive franchise, however Metal Gear SOLID is rooted with the Playstation Brand. MGS games have had ports in the past but its usually after quite some time.
- Metal Gear Solid - Exclusive for 6 years, an entire generation
- Metal Gear Solid 2 - Exclusive for 1 year
- Metal Gear Solid 3 - Exclusive for 6 years, an entire generation
- Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops - Still a Playstation Exclusive
- Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker - Exclusive for 1.5 yearsNow, Portable Ops is so far the only MGS game that stayed as a PS Exclusive, however it isn't a numbered entry and is probably the most dismissed game in the series. It's a great game in its own right but it's safe to say that this is the MGS game that is least cared about.
So, will MGS4 be the only major MGS game to remain Playstation Exclusive? Personally, I think it will due to the significant Sony product placement in the game. But if the past is any indication, a future port is definitely possible. What do you think?
