Will ODST and SC:Conviction make up for the 360's weak year?

Now I've played two of the 360 exclusives that have released this year. Ninja Blade and Star Ocean which to me are both incredible fun games. But to alot of people the 360 has had a weak year in the games department. My question is can SC:conviction and ODST make up in the quality that the 360 has been lacking most of the year? I am super excited for Conviction though it's gonna be awesome.

For System Wars logic, no, it won't. Personally, I don't think the 360 is having that bad of a year, exclusives and multiplats included.

Conviction looks great, ODST I'm not sure on, but nah the PS looks to be having a better year.

I don't think it's had a weak a year as everyone is making out to be. I'vebeen really enjoying mine atm. I've had more fun on it than my exclusives for the PS3.

But, just for the record you never mentioned Forza 3. Just saying.

I'll enjoy both, along with Forza 3 and multiplats such as Assassins Creed II, Dragon Age: Origins, etc.

Also, isn't The Ballad of G*y Tony coming out this Fall? I thought The Lost and Damned was better than any game released so far this year so I'm sure i'll enjoy TBAGT just as much.

This is xbox 360 weakest year ever. When people are hyping ODST, and SC Conviction. I mean SC:conviction looked worse than splinter cell double agent. Now for the xbla epic game. That looiks reallly aweswome

I don't really care for ODST, but Splinter Cell Conviction looks amazing; they took the direction of the series exactly where I wanted them to. Plus, I'm also looking forward to Brutal Legend and Batman Arkham Asylum. They may be multiplatform, but still must buys for me.

The beginning of next year also makes up for this year with Mass Effect 2 and Alan Wake. They're aren't exclusive, but they might as well be. Despite what Cows say, most of them don't own gaming computers.

Lets just assume that every 360 game gets AAA from here on out SC, Forza III, and Halo ODST. Now lets also assume the remainder of this years PS3 games also get AAA. UC2, and MAG, That would be a roughly 3 games vs 4 games total for the year 2009. So I think it definitely makes up for the 360's slow start.

Well the for the rest of the year I'm buying:

• Halo 3:ODST
• Splinter Cell: Conviction
• Assassins Creed 2
• Uncharted 2
• Brutal Legend
• Border Lands
• Batman: AA

So notice both of those games are up there, they both look fantasic and both really put a new spin on an old series that makes them look awesome. And I even hate the old Splinter Cell games, and the new footage for Conviction blew me away.

whatever lets include L4D2 while your at it too then. The point is that the 360 is going to have a fantastic year. Contrary to what most fanboys think.
