Is Watch Dogs an interactive movie because almost half the sales are on PS4. GTA5 will need to sell about 40 million on PC surpass consoles. We all know PC versions of games look and perform better, but they do not sell better.

Actually , if the game is console centric then it sells more on consoles and if the game is PC centric then it sells more on PC . It is not rocket science .

League of Ledends, Dota, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars and bunch of other shitty games bringing in the cash. The major games(not F2P or subscription bullshit) sell better on console. This so much of fact the Rockstar basically ignored the PC market for year with GTA5 now with Destiny Activision/Bungie clearly don't care about PC either. Konami and Kojima don't care about PC with MGSV.

To answer the underage OP's question, no. The game will sell the most on console, they know this, thus it will be console focused. The video made it pretty obvious they are moving the franchise towards high-end production values and a cinematic feel that is often the hallmark of AAA console titles. Compare to ARMA 3 for example, Ubi is moving in a completely different direction. Ubisoft has let it be known their thoughts on the PC community through statements about piracy and their level of effort on ports.

I think it's already console focused.

I believe the reason why it's pvp multiplayer focused is because if it was a tactical co-op shooter that required slow paced, "tactical" choices, console gamers would hate it and drop it.

By making it PVP, if they don't want tactical, they can just go in and shoot people by spraying.

Let's be honest here, even the Splinter Cell devs admited that they can't make the games complicated anymore because the majority of players don't want a challenging game.

Last year GTA was released exclusively on consoles and made billions , yet console revenue fell behind PC .

And all of those games are awesome , specially WOW and Guild Wars too . No console game will ever be as successful as WOW , Destiny or not. Keep dreaming though .

Who cares about PC? Definitely not developers. The game will look and play better on PC no doubt because of textures and framerate but it's gonna sell a hell of a lot more on consoles like all other multiplat games. Who will "buy" a pc for a game? Hell, what gamer looks at a game and goes "I need to buy a PC for this?" Not that much. Off-topic: pc gamers are worst than console fanboys when it comes to defending corporations and plastic. Gpuking exposes this with Killzone, TLOU, and Uncharted graphic threads.
