Will there be other games created with the Killzone level of graphics?

I still cant get used to how good killzone 2 looks. But do you think that in the near future games will come out to the same level or greater level of quality for the PS3?

Well I think Uncharted 2 and God Of War III will offer up a ton of eye candy... We may also see Gran Turismo 5 pretty soon

Maybe now... although RE5 looks fantastic for a multiplat... but it would be ignorant to think the 360 won;t have something to rival it soon enough

short answer yes. long answer, yes as good and probably even better we still have another 7 or so years left in the system (so says sony atleast).

If you've played KZ2 you would understand that there's a sequel coming, for sure.

And I hope Sony would make other non-killzone related games with their current tech, surely thats only too impossible to not happen.

I just played the KZ2 demo and was underwhelmed. :(

I suppose I'll have to rent and beat it to understand why it's receiving such high acclaim for it's graphics. Honestly I still think MGS4 is the best looking PS3 game, and R2 impressed me more than the KZ2 demo with it's art style and huge bosses.

if you get the entire way through KZ2 without thinking "wow that looks amazing" atleast once then i'd be quite suprised. The last level in particular is just an amazing sight, also the level on the train, really awesome looking stuff.

I also hope more shooters learn from killzone 2's maps, they look brilliant, and I love how multistorey it all is.

The graphics aren't all there hyped up to be. Make no mistake this isn't the same leap we saw when gears of war came, or crysis this is a much smaller leap and will be beaten the fact RE5/gears 2 and so on are giving it a run for it's money shows that. KZ2 will be beaten by the end of next year.

killzone2 looks good, but overall best looking console game? hell no

Everyone think's this is a gears of war 2 bullshot no it's not because if you look at all of gamespots screenshots full resolution none have jaggies like this shot.

killzone2 has better lighting and shader/physics effects than gears of war 2.

but gears of war 2 has better models/textures and just overall crazier looking levels because epicgames have crazy artstyles period.

three cores running at 3.2GHz, is a beast of a machine. You can have physics on one core, A.I. on another core and graphics on the last core. All that's left is the gameplay, but who cares about gameplay these days anyways, right?
