Nope.
Bought a PS4 a few months ago to play with friends and experience the exclusives.
Big mistake. The exclusives pale in comparison to the games out there for PC (multiplat or or exclusive, indie or AAA, doesn't matter), and I just hate controllers. Thought I could overcome the controller hurdle and for the most part I did, it's just I can't stop thinking "this would be so much better with mouse and keyboard".
So not only am I not buying a console--any console--at release, I probably won't be buying a console ever.

... Think about it, in few other consumer markets are the consumers treated like this. It's not our job to beta test your console and wait for it to get to a standard. They've become so comfortable relying on the internet and have adopted the attitude of 'we'll finish the product later'.
Yeah I often feel this way as well. What other industry or segment of commercial goods gets away with the kind of bullshit that the video game industry get's away with?
I love games but for the most part we are treated like shit.
They either view us as dumb, lazy, or with enough disposable income that we don't care.
Would be nice if our products were as well built as, I don't know, automobiles. Or had the quality standards of processed foods.
