They tried to give people a collection of the whole series and failed to realize how hard it is to combine all the multiplayr for all the Halo games from 3 different consoles would be. I give them an A for the thought behind it but an F for the execution cause it was just a broken multiplayer experience. I don't see them having that issue with just 1 game made specific for the X1.

Yes and already pre-order Halo 5 limited edition digital so I won't have to leave the house and play it at midnight. Good thing I took a day off work for this. Edit: I think both MS/343 have learn there mistake from MCC and I'm giving them a chance on this one and MS has been making sure everything goes A-okay at launch.

Since the Collector's Edition doesn't come with an actual disk and there's no splitscreen MP, I canceled my preorder.

343 has no idea what they're doing with Halo, so no. Halo 4 was a travesty.

If I ever have an Xbox One, I won't be missing out on Halo, that's for sure. However, seeing as me buying an X1 is as likely as my pet pig learning to fly, I'm gonna go with no.

I bought xbox 360 last gen specifically for it's early exclusive JRPGs that weren't on PS3. I did play Halo 1/2 &3 but Halo isn't system seller level game for me at this point, it's just an average shooter.

Day 1 for sure. Not taking any time off work though nothing seems to work properly at launch anymore. I'm more interested in doing campaign than the mp and that's a big reason why mcc wasn't a disaster for me. I'm tired of fps mp it hasn't been interesting to me for ages.

Day 1 for me, I absolutely loved the beta and the arena style faster paced gameplay fits my play style more. Also, I very much enjoyed Halo 4 and I'm currently playing it ranked online via MCC quite regularly.

Of course nothing is guaranteed but since they had a beta this time, I am hopeful the online will be fine on launch. I'm also pretty stoked for the campaign story.

I've being playing Destiny Multiplayer a lot and after watching Warzone in Halo 5, I really wish X1 launched at the same price as PS4

Absolutely. I loved the Beta and the post-Beta changes for the final game they mentioned are almost entirely what I wanted to have addressed.

My roommate is getting a Xbox One for it as well and we'll be playing through the campaign together on Legendary which should be awesome.

MCC was going to be the reason I was going to purchase Xbox One eventually but.. yeah... I'll wait and see how the reviews and player stream show how the game is after launch. I am not going to drop that much cash for a new system if 343 flubs up again.
