Depends. I might sell one of my consoles for it but now my aim is at the 3DS.

[QUOTE="campzor"][QUOTE="LastRambo341"]rubbish.. there is barely anything motion controls can do that gamepads cant do...and better. Its just like saying there is no need to move forward to expensive HD graphics when we have SD graphics that look good. As a Wii owner for 4 years, I know what I'm talking about. You? Well you either don't have one or haven't fully played it enough to know anything about itNo, they will not work well on the gamepad. Motion controls have place in gaming

Your logic is flawed. SD to HD is a natural evolution that does not alter anything negatively at all. Motion controls require a completely different style of play and a different approach to gaming in general. MC is not evolutionary.
I'm glad you like it but your blindness to it's failings as well as it's positives does you a disservice.
Of course i will, i trust Nintendo for all my gaming needs, as long as the new console is good i'll get it, just like i did with the Wii.

Absolutely as long as I can afford it. If rumors are true, Nintendo is basically fixing everything that people complained about the Wii. What's the excuse to not get one now?
I never bought a wii, but this new console is almost a sure buy. Nintendo deserves the support, they are the only true game company around.

For one, the online needs some work. There, happy? You miss the point. Motion controls don't work well for everything, not by a long shot. This is what you don't seem to see. Some people like games that don't work well with motion control. Those people don't want to see motion control as standard because it will mean the death of those game types as we know them.
Nothing Ninty, MS or Sony has shown tells me that INEED motion control in my gaming life and certainly not as the only way to game. As I said before, and for the last time, it has it's placeand can give us some new game types that are funbut if the new console is focused completely on it again then I won't be buying.
Lets just end it now, if you can't see that point then I can't express it in any way that you will :(.

End it? It didn't even start yet ;) With motion controls becoming the full focus of the Wii, it made the console unique from the other consoles. It got them sales and games. Its not a weak "Me too" of a Ps3 and 360. Old-fashioned gamers should move on, stop being stuck in the pastAbsolutely as long as I can afford it. Cheese-Muffins
The game library issues that has plagued ninty consoles for a very long time. Also, it's a bit difficult to get excited about mario 7 zillion and one.

with the other 2 not coming til 2014-5 , yes i do any way so yes yes yes i cant go without my mariokart ,
one of the reason why i bought a wii to begin with, and it just happened to pop out dkc4 goldeneye etc so ya im pretty sure im getting one as the rpcie will be cheap , 250-300 knowing nintnedo
Yes. Wii hasn't had many games worth playing this year, but overall I've played many games on Wii that I loved, so I don't regret owning one.
as long as nintendo keeps offering the best first party games in the industry, I will buy their next system.
No. I've been a lifelong Nintendo supporter and owned all their consoles. But I just can't do it anymore. I am fine with "gimicky" controllers. I am fine with their lack of concern for the latest and greatest graphics. I don't mind when they come out with silly disc ideas. And to a certain extent, I can even handle that they lack proper third party support for anyone over the age of 7 (for the most part).
The reason I don't plan on buying their next console is because of their own internal lack of innovation or original games. I loved Mario Galaxy. I loved both Twilight Princess and even Zelda Waterworld or whatever it was called. MY problem is that they keep releasing the exact same idea over and over with minimal changes. And while they are typically good games, I am still just as happy going back to Link to the Past and playing that again, or Mario World, etc. So what incentive is there for me to buy yet another console for yet another Mario or Zelda that will be 99% the same as all the others they've released but with one small gameplay tweak/feature?
There isn't any. So unless Nintendo joins the modern world and decides to give Zelda a story that changes and evolves and continues from game to game, or makes some revolutionary change to Mario like we saw from 2d to 3d...I'll just play the games I've already bought over again. They're still excellent and have held up over the decades.

Yes. I'm always looking forward to new iterations of Nintendo's 1st party and any exclusive games that Nintendo gets like No More Heroes.

Yes, they are. When the Mouse came out, I thought to myself, "wtf, can I at least still use keyboard shortcuts?"
