There's nothing limiting if it functions according to all the tasks you personally need it for. Wen the operating system fails to fulfill this purpose, then it will be time for an upgrade.
People sticking with Windows 7 are missing out on things like DX12.
1) I'm also missing out on having my personal information stolen
2) You act like DX12 is the future, the fact of the matter is that just because Microsoft says it'll be successful doesn't mean shit, most not microsoft developers won't use it.
