Wipeout Fury - Eurogamer 9/10 VideoGamer 9/10 - Another great AAA PS3 exclusive!

Wipeout HD was a great game that was totally ignored by system wars because A) it is download only and B) Gamespot gave it a 7.5/10 - the lowest score of any major review site. In fact, most other reviews gave it 9's and 8's.

Now, Wipeout Fury has come along and is getting more AAA scores. It is an expansion to the original game.

If anyone has got a PS3 and not got Wipeout HD, stop being a loser...

I second this, its a blast and a major steal at only $10. Everyone who owns a PS3 should grab this.

i thought it was totally ignored by sw because it was the psp game with upgraded gfx, didn't it have all the same tracks as the psp game? anyway i'm not wasting money of that when FP is out tomorrow

Well, it's just a downloable update/add-on. I agree it's stellar, but it doesn't count as a "AAA exclusive".

The tracks aren't that great, though. Very short, narrow, and few jumps. But the game is really fun, even more than fusion for me. And at least it's not your everyday car-racing game where nothing is new. I think there should be more combat racing games.NYrockinlegend

Yeah, the tracks aren't fantastic, but they're still fun. The new modes rule, and it still looks amazing as ever. Took a couple of shots in the photo mode last night but they didn't come out as well as I'd hoped:

Sony PSN cards can't hit Europe soon enough. I absolutely need this game (And the original HD) plus it's got 1 of my favourite tracks from Wipeout pulse.

Is it an exclusive when the all the courses come from the PSP? That was Gamespot main issue was that everything on the game had already been on the PSP.HarlockJC

I believe there were the same number of new courses in Mario Kart Wii has there was in Mario Kart DD. WhipoutHD had no new courses.

If the Lost and the Damned could be counted as an AAAE, this one should too. It's like a new game on its own.

It's the same game as Wipeout on PSP but with updated graphics.
