Anyway, i think this game has become a must buy for me. Especially at £11.99

well for a $20 game it is...but If you want to see all the true wipeout hd glory you have to watch some videos

all of them really own

What I'm wondering is whether this game scores a 9 by PSN/XBLA game standards (like Braid) or a 9 by full price retail game standards. If the latter is the case, well talk about value for your money!NielsNL

Eurogamer have weird standards. Bascially a 9 means its a must buy for its audience.

totally agree,back in the old days wipeout was pure gameplay and tons and tons of fun...

but it is nice to have the gameplay and graphics combo :P

I see. I would help if I was good at programming but all I can do is make a tic-tac-toe game in delphi lol. But I am trying to learn more about delphi, and C++. I can't seem to find a book about them in stores though.(I have no idea where I can find them other than online.)

9/10 from eurogamer, says awesome all over it lol. They usually don't give anything over an 8. So basically a game not on my radar just flashed green all over my radar lol.

Also the lemming meant by saying the 360 could do those graphics, its just that they don't have anyone that cares to give those kind of graphics to them lol.

always been a huge fan of the Wipeout series.... lately PSP helped making the long wait be less frustrating since it had 2 great wipeout titles available...

looks like Wipeout HD has everything, the usual insane feeling of speed, lush visuals, great gameplay, online modes & comes at a very reasonable price.... Keep 'em coming Sony....
