I'll say AAA.

Little bummed to discover all loot is scaled to player level. The only possible negative thing I've heard so far. All footage looks great so far. Otherwise, just upgraded my graphics card to a 970 4 gig for this and Batman.

Some new info from dualshockers

• Monsters can attack you while you’re meditating.
• The AI of normal animals like sheeps and goats is pretty basic. It will tell them that there’s a bush that they might like within their radius, so they’ll go eat it. The same goes for animals or entities they’re scared of, causing them to run away.
• If you kill that goat, it’s gonna produce a smell, and monsters may be attracted to it if there’s one that likes that kind of meat in the radius. If no one eats it and the corpse rots, a different kind of monster that eats rotten meat will be attracted.
• If there are deers in an area wolves will hunt them, but if you kill all the deers you may see some wolves patrolling, but there will be less because there’s less game.

After watching a gameplay trailer I think this could be the best game this year.

@darklight4: It's already a heavy contender. At least according to Danny. Remember DA:I last year didn't have the same treatment despite both of them having an open world and a mature fantasy.

Depending on the modding scene, this will make the game's life longer. And yes, the previous Witcher games were modable.

This quest makes no sense. Why did he ask Geralt to go back for the chest if he was lying?

He knew there were no monsters around when it happened. It wasn't that far away from where he was sitting either.

He used his bow to kill the Nilfgaardian but couldn't get close enough to get medicine because there were drowners. Geralt kills drowners, gets medicine but at the same time by investigating, quest takes another turn and allows you to learn the truth behind the death of Nilfgaardian and expose the archer (extra dialogue). And this was just a secondary/random quest that you can encounter while traveling.

First place, when the console goons ran out of bad things to say so they use your extreme advantages as subtle insults.

The trailers have me excited but I need to know a couple things.

1. I've never played the others. Do I need to in order to understand the story?

2. Is there online coop?

3. Am I right in that this plays as a 3rd person action adventure game?

@Cloud_imperium: It's kinda annoying though, he can't avoid Ves's crossbow bolt in Witcher 2 while being detained by Roache.

First things first, pick up all english translated witcher books and read them not only is the story, writing and character development top notch top tier, better than Game of thrones, what happens in the books is delt with in wild hunt.
