There will be massive auto-aim added in to cross-platform games so actually the controller users will be given the advantage.markinthedark

if auto-aim is really going to be added, the only advantage it will possibly give them is that they'll have a chance against really bad players who can't aim. they won't stand a chance against good players. i know that i won't lose to someone who isusing a controller.

I haven't liked the overpriced, overhyped PS3 since it came out. Never wanted one before. But with the big drop in price (about $300 for the Slim),Rockstar's PS3 release of Red Dead Redemption (and no planned release on the PC), the "free" internet for the PS3 (that is, no PS3Live), and the lack of force-fed "goodness" like the STEAM scam, I've begun to seriously consider purchasing one.

How's that for marketing.

Steam not comeing to PS3, Valve will simply use steam as server basis in Portal 2 (and use PSN only for authorisation), something that MS would not allow same as they do with MMOs

Steam is good, It's the future of DD, however if MS and SONY follow suit, i doubt i'll be buying an MS platform. If Games on Demand is anythign to go buy, MS will be terrible with marketing.

Wwll it depends what Valve plan to do :) if they relese Steamworks for other 3rd party developers things might go quite inteesting.

We still need to see how steamworks on Portal 2 gonna work on PS3 and how much they will be integrated with PSN (if they will be, they might do the same as Konami did with MGO)
