It's fail because the subject is so easy. But for some reason they decided to cut the head in half, cover the boobs with big letters and then throw some feces on her.

Just because something tries to look intentionally bad doesn't make it less bad. If I covered myself in Rosie O'Donnell's poo and intentionally tried to look disgusting, would that make me look less disgusting?

How about limiting it to worst box art of the year for quality titles? In this regard, I would have to go with Dead Space. One of my most anticipated titles to be sure, however, the bland, drab box art leaves a lot to be desired, I think. Good thing you do not play the box art though, aye?:P

That's not bad in the slighest bit. It fits in really well with the Harvey Birdman s t y l e and it looks quite nice.
