Okay, find me evidence that ANY game not released at the moment does not use fake-touched up screenshots. Frankly, I've played Prologue -***- and it looks pretty damned good

I think Halo's art style doesn't lend itself to next-gen machines if you ask me. It's too colourful. As bungie said, they were really surprised when people said they didn't like the graphics as, if you look up close at anything, it's some of the best, most detailed textures in any console game to date. When you look at things broadly though, it just looks like a big candy-coloured landscape and you cant really see any of those crazy-detailed textures.

I appreciate them sticking to their art style, but i think they could have benefited by toning down the colour a little and going for a slightly more Gears/COD4 approach.

Halo3 looked exactly as it should have..... sure more detail would have been nice (not saying it didn't have alot of detail, but more is always better, M I RITE?)

3. the in-car view is awesome in GT5 no doubt but that doesnt mean whole game looks awesome

1 is single player pic the other is mp pic.....Master Chief looks good in Halo 3.....he just doesnt have rusty armor like previously shown and has dark green colour

No, pictures make the jaggies disapear, and make the game slightly more bloomy. Anyway, screenshots or nothing. When they did it with forza I said the same thing, especially in fact... that game was jaggy as hell.

I think people in SW wouldn't believe anything even if we DO HAVE GT5p JP version, shame on them.

One advice, if you have the time, I demand people who don't believe us, go to the your local store when GT5p NA version comes out, rent it, or try it on any store that shows it, see for yourself.

I admit though that the environment in GT5p are not great in some tracks, however, some other tracks has amazing environment.

The DMC4 screenshot is NOT a downgrade, the first image is a promotional, pre-rendered CGI and was never taken from the game itself. Don't be so surprised, every single Japanese developer does it and I never believe any images they release unless it has a HUD.

Just look at the back of the box for any Final Fantasy title. Chances are it might be one gameplay image if you're lucky, mixed in with 4 captured stills from the CGI cutscenes. They've been doing it so long now I'm surprised people still fall for it.
