I would have if I had not spent all my money on Majora's Mask and Monster Hunter today. Tough luck, Sony.

Having to buy a controller and those ridiculously expensive memory cards would have still brought the price above $100.

There was a bundle with the controller for $50 and for PS Now/Remote Play you don't need a memory card.

That's actually a really fantastic deal. Cheers to those who were able to get their hands on the sale.

You tricked me, it was Vita TV :)

I was going to make the joke that the memory cards costed more than the Vita.

Question here, the Vita TV is basically the same as the Vita... But you pay an extra $200 for portability?

Compatibility, really. The Vita TV does not run every single Vita game or app- the Vita itself does.

That, and well, Vita isn't really $200, they're always available for like $150 or so, while the Vita TV sells for $100.

I'm including memory cards in the price sheet of course.

Well, I think it might actually be impossible to pick up a Vita not bundled with Memory Cards anymore.

4GBs is not a lot though. Unless you mean there are bundles with more memory.

8GB bundles, yeah. Plus the 1GB on board storage the Vita comes with.

Still not too good. But at least it seems like they are trying to sell it though 32 is still $80 and it's above that for 64. So i'm guessing 16gb, the decent one, is around $60.

$40 last I checked, but I might be wrong (it was around Black Friday iirc)

Also Vita games look like complete crap blown up on an HDTV.

@JangoWuzHere: Not all of them. The ones running in sub native resolution, sure, they suffer from terrible aliasing and artifacts. The ones running in native res look fine.

Seems it was just a one day sale and probably was to get rid of some overstock from the holidays. Yup.. it's back at $79 & $99 with the controller. Not even worth the $40 is you ask me. I already own a PSVita and I don't need the PS TV to enjoy all my wonderful Vita games. All you have to do is read the horrid reviews on Amazon to know this product is hit or miss for gamers. If you have Verizon's FIOS, you're probably fine, but anything else, forget it.
