You know, if they made it a game this time around?
Actually make it well made instead of a movie.

I think they should have ended it better instead of justhitting a button at the end and the screen going black leading up to an inevitable sequel, it should have just ended properly and that be the end of it.
It's doesn't have interesting enough lore, story arc or characters to justify it continuing, regardless if a sequel were to come as a fully developed actual game.
Witchers a movie game, Orders a movie game, battlefields a movie game, they're all movie games.
Does that include Bravely Default? :(
No thats rpg.
I wouldn't mind a sequel, but I'm not exactly craving for one.
They should have just ended the game properly instead of creating one of the worst sequel bait endings in recent memory.
Only if they transform the series into what it should be, explorable world (At least LA Noir size) with its already awesome art style.
No, unless they make a huge, huge improvement over the original by making the gameplay deeper and more fun to play, making the singleplay longer with more replay value and at the least a better story. But at that point you may as well just make an entirely new ip.
The Order Lacks so much and has so many things wrong with it, that unless the sequel is made by Naughty Dog, there is no point of making a sequel
Santa Monica to the story, From Software and Japan studio do the art direction and ND to the graphics and gameplay...LEGEND!
Honestly, yeah. The game had my attention. I liked the setting and what they were trying to do. The action sequences (the few it actually had) were enjoyable. I don't know if a longer game is the solution so much as just tweaking how they approach the potential sequel. Some form of replay value would be nice too.
Not if their idea of fixing it is just having a better balance of gameplay and cutscenes, that's not fixing anything to me.
That game needs to be more interesting than welfare Gears of War on the gameplay front, because that's what it is, and I'm of the opinion that Gears of War itself is looking old, stale, and slow. The third person shooter needs a major kick in the ass, because a lot of it is pretty dull right now.
Witchers a movie game, Orders a movie game, battlefields a movie game, they're all movie games.
Damn, Cows put up some of the most pathetic damage control on SW. Do you think any of those games really compare to The Order's movie bullshit? Lol?
I would love it personally.
MOOOOOOOOOOOO
I couldn't care less. 1886 wasn't bad, because I had a few fun times with it... It was just too short and generic with non-skippable cutscenes that made for more viewing than playing. QTEs also pissed me off, because it was so damn lazy.
All and all. No. I don't even believe its going to get a sequel anyway because it failed in sales.
Witchers a movie game, Orders a movie game, battlefields a movie game, they're all movie games.
No other game comes close to the Sony's press 'X' to watch a cutscene exclusives. Your DC is terrible.
Absolutely. this franchise has an untapped potential and the developer only has to focus on more gameplay ideas and level design that allows for more gameplay variety and boom you have an great game in your hands. they have to give it another chance to realize it's potential.
They have to, considering the story has yet to be unfolded (probably in 1-2 more games)..
However I do hope the SP campaign is longer, with more gameplay sections and most importantly add some damn multiplayer modes.. (TDM, DM, 'Horde-mode' etc)

Are you a closet lem Robo? So anyone who doesn't blindly bash everything sony makes according to box fanboy propaganda is a cow?
Get you head out of MS's ass dude, Herren used to be the fiercest of lemmings, he was 100% lem last gen. He is the farthest thing from a cow nutt job so Ease up on the old "cow" trigger there buddy. You are starting to come off like all the other desperate lems using PC to rant rage on everything that isn't bashing Sony.

Gears 3 is the only one i'm not bored to tears playing now, and I used to really like the first 2. Doesn't help that a big reason for their popularity was the graphics but they look pretty nasty now, sans 3.
And I couldn't care less about gears 4.

I liked Sony last gen. PS3 was good console. I didn't care for the way MS turned the xbox division. I do not think PS4 is a good console. I always suggest building a pc and/or getting a wiiu. I'll give credit where credit is do, though. A "movie-game" is any game that strings the player along. I don't care how much--if gameplay is consistently interrupted then its a movie game. I started Metro awhile back--that's more of a movie game than uncharted. Uncharted gets a bad rap in this regard.
**** no. I called the game's shittyness before release. not only did it fail in every way i said, but it went further and had barely any supernatural enemies.
RaD before stick to other shit.
If it turn out to be a major improvement than yes. Or if they hire hideo Kojima to make the sequel than hell yes for sure.
Witchers a movie game, Orders a movie game, battlefields a movie game, they're all movie games.
Calling witcher and battlefield the same as The Order when it comes to movie-gameness.
Thats insane Cow talk. Now gtfo.
Is it actually a decent game?
No, but I'd take a sequel if they can actually make it good. The foundation is good, everything else was just terrible. a sequel would need to be twice as long with about 1/5th the cut scenes, have an actual story, have better werewolf fights, have vampire fights, no dumb random stealth chapter. Also get rid of the black bars and stop the blur filter for enemies at a distance. Also needs real boss fights
Eh, I love my PS4, but I'm not much for movie sequels, as, in general, they tend to be worse than the original.

Its a strange thing for me...................I want to play through again in order to get my only platinum ( I only have two 1000 point games on live, just not my thing) and play an hour or two since my buddy hasn't asked for it back, but yeah. I would love to see what they could do with the feedback. I like these RaD guys. They gave me great times on PSP. I root for them to succeed.

What? The characters and setting were great!! My problem were the gameplay was ok when it actually happened that is. I walked through almost an entire level looking at things I picked up, L2 focus, and a street preacher before I did anything but walk for a half an hour. The gunplay needs a little work on the regular, ballistic guns but the imaginary ones are awesome.
The ending blew and when I think of how people reacted to Halo 2's ending in comparison I LMAO. Because the game sucked compared to Halo 2. But I like the world and want to see Galahad ..................I wont say anymore
Why ask this in System Wars when it is still up in the air on whether or not other gaming platforms can produce such visuals? Should be moved to the Sony forum.
