PC gamer by far. Because eventually I'd be able to find 360/PS3/wii game emulators. And, a super-high end PC is worth ALOT of money.

No question. PC gamer.

Playstation games haven't really appealed to me for the most part, and on top of that PC games are usually the highest rated.

It'd be nice to be a PC gamer with max setting on and running smoothly. But I really like having friends over and playing multiplayer.

I'd rather be a Xbox 360 gamer. That way I would never have to worry about any of my game being able to run on MAX or not. I couldn't even get EQ2 to run on MAX for my PC, why would I bother with anything else coming out for the PC?

diffently a pc gamer because it has very good games,$10-$20 cheaper games and other stuff plus if your build its not that much money you can build a nice rig that can run most games on max for around $600 and thats if you have no parts you can just upgrade to save lots of money like already having a case, harddrive with operating system on it can save you more than $200

I already have 2 PCs that can run games at max settings.

My PS3 doesn't get used as it is, currently waiting for MGS4.

PC Gamer, but it comes with its fair share of problems.

Games crash more often on PCs, whether user related or not.

PS3.

I really dislike PC games. They are not my taste (half life, Unreal, Diablo, etc etc etc)

The games I like happens to come out mostly for consoles and usually Japanese consoles. I like JRPGs, action adventure titles such as DMC, or any game that has that quirky sense of humor and style.

I don't care how much graphical power PC games have, If they are no fun to me, wtf is the point of all that much power?

PC. ultamite backwards compatibility. and best graphics if it truly can max out. plus, best online. can do homework. watch videos. extremely easy and intuitive way to move your cursor around the screen. preferable (to me) controls for fps. can play 64 player games.

I'd rather have a game I could actually get to run on my hardware correctly/ideally.

So I'd rather be a "PS3gamer."

Pariah_001

he said pc that can run games on max so it runs it more than ideally. lets say you can run crysis on ps3. then you can run crysis on max.

lets say 45 fps for ps3. 60 for pc on max. max means best comp. but that's gonna be hard unless the comp can upgrade itself every other month.

Well, considering there's more games coming out on PS3 that I want - I'd rather be a PS3 gamer, but, I do still enjoy PC games... just not as much as I once did.

It's really cool knowing that what you put together can run the newest games maxed out. You can't get that feeling by spending $600 for something someone put together for you.

Graphics?

Screw the graphics.

Give me CounterStrike, Source Engine Mods, StarCraft II, Orange Box *seriously this is MADE for the PC, mods are important with source*, World of Warcraft, and HellGate London over any other PS3 game. Not to mention the massive list of quality games released from long ago.

It's all about the games, and PC just kills the PS3.

What's so great about PC games?

I played only 1 PC game so far that was really stood out, which was Starcraft.

I have completely enjoyed 2 more PC games and they were The Longest Journey and Dreamfall

Rest of them? I just don't get it.

Half-Life 2 was boring. Counterstrike was fun but it was multi-player only and it was just a mod. Unreal? Diablo? WoW?

I was completely bored with them and found them not very entertaining games.

I'd pick MGS, Final Fantasy, Dragon Quests, etc etc etc over any PC game any day of the week.

Yes I do prefer epic single player experience over multi-player experience.

First, it involves great storyline, greater presentation due to more selective camera angles, and better pacing of the game.

Multi-player games are often plagued by cheaters, repetitive gameplay, and lack of storyline.

It's fun to be competitive at times, and I do enjoy multi-player games, but that alone will never satisfy me.

Then I'm not sure why you don't like Half Life 2. It's the most epic single player FPS yet. Truly atmospheric.

And I'm not sure about WoW, but LotR:O has a lot of story. No one can say otherwise. Even the players are hardcore RPers in the server I'm playing. Everyone masterfully twists their characters into the lore it just seems natural. Tolkien must be so impressed with us :D.

Love that game.

But games like Half Life and Halo both have epic single players and fantastic multi players, so you get the best of both worlds.
